surfaces which are potentially noisy and prone to
wear. To address this we’ve designed and patented a
completely new hinge that solves this problem.

This is a primer finish which can be repainted
by the homeowner, but is good looking enough
to be left as the final finish.

custom painted for an extra cost.

Sandwiched between the steel skins is the
Conqueror PIR Insulation Core. It’s the most
thermally efficient insulation product available,
being 50% more efficient than polystyrene (EPS).
It also contains no harmful CFC’s or HFC’s, and has

THERMAL-BREAK DESIGN
A well insulated sectional garage door can lose a lot of it’s
thermal value and cause internal condensation issues if air
