PLANNING DETAILS
Convatta Planning Services Included
Up to 8 consultations with you via telephone/email.
Assist in budget determination and breakdown as needed.
Create and manage a detailed checklist/timeline for wedding related
tasks.
Provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final
selections of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event
style and budget.
Provide you with assistance in managing catering orders, beverage
plan, florals, and entertainment.
Attend up to 4 vendor appointments of your choice.
Up to 5 hours of in-person consultation time throughout the planning
process.
Development of a detailed day of timeline for contracted vendors and
guests.
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1–2 weeks before
your wedding day.
Attendance at final site visits
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during
the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding.
