LE NAUTIC “IN A FEW WORDS”
• “Le Nautic de Paris” , the Paris boat show, hosts every December all the sectors of the nautical
industry and becomes on this occasion France’s biggest indoor marina.
• From Saturday 7 to Sunday 15 December 2019, sailing boats, motor boats, surfing equipment
(surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, SUPs, wake boards), new technologies, services, boat rental,
tourism or fishing equipment will be exhibited at Porte de Versailles Exposition park in Paris.

1# ÉLECTRIC AND SOLAR BOATS
The 2018 Nautic hosted again a specific area,
for electrical and solar powered boats,
hydrogen propulsion, batteries, etc.
In partnership with l’Association Française
des Bateaux Électriques (AFBE), the Show
wished to make this sector more visible by
grouping together different companies and
brands in a single area.
AFBE organises a competition to reward
the best electric boat. An awards ceremony
is organized for visitors and the media on the
Nautical Stage in the Show
.
2# AFBE SUPPORT YOU
To increase the visibility of electric and solar boats to the general public, media and institutions, AFBE
accompanies you to optimize, economically and mediatically, your presence.
The exhibition’s goal is :
• promote the design, building and use of electric boats
• help the development of the sector through various financial and regulatory devices (Finance Act,
Mobilities Act, ISO Standard)
• encourage the installation of power supply stations in inland or coastal waterways
• contribute to respect of nature and of the environment
• animate the sector
• give product awareness to this type of boat in order to develop their uses
3# THE SYNERGIES OF A COMMON SHOW AREA
• Increase your visibility thanks to a conspicuous dedicated and visible 400 m2 area.
• Optimizing costs since they are shared.
• Benefit from a common communication:
✓ Relayed by the various media partners of the Nautic (Les Echos, L'Equipe, Le Figaro,
Ouest France ...)
✓ Specific area sign posting through the various media of the Show (120 000 Plans &
Catalogs including 10 000 ex distributed at the entrance, highlighted on the website, social
networks, newsletters exhibitors and general public ...)

5# ELECTRIC BOAT OF THE YEAR COMPETITION
This competition will be organized in 2019 for the third time, it highlights original, environmentally efficient and
attractive solutions offered on the yachting market.
Regulation:
• Open to any manufacturer having a boat or beach craft with electric propulsion, and a seating capacity of
one to twelve seats,
• The boat shall be available for sale on the French market, shall be CE marked certified/in the process of
CE certification, and/or meet the electric propulsion standard ISO 16315
• The following points will be judged by an expert jury: aesthetics, energy efficiency, performance, fun aspect,
level of equipment, price, commitment of the company for the development of the electric boat industry,
quality of the file.
• The public will also participate to the voting procedure through the AFBE Association website. Distribution of
the votes: 30% for "public users" and 70% for the jury.
• Wide communication on the nominees from end of October. Award ceremony on the Nautic Stage during
the show with the presence of authorities and sponsors.

THE RULES FOR THE COMMON AREA
In order to keep this area homogeneous and attractive you will be asked to respect the following instructions:
• Keep intact the recyclable floor coating provided by the organization,
• Keep the general image, use exclusively the furniture included in the list provided by AFBE: bank, table,
stools, chairs, and make orders according to your needs,
• Respect the instructions for signs, flags, roll-up, poster: nor higher than 1,60 m not to create visual barriers
within the area, which shall remain open and allow the circulation of the public within the area.
• Television or screens shall not be higher than 1,60 m, no projection with sound, no noise pollution for your
neighbours.
• The Electric boat area offers you the opportunity to make conferences every day in line with the AFBE's
environmental theme, thank you for proposing your conference themes before the end of October for the
communication.
• Possibility to order an independent boot, located near the common area where these rules do not suit
