roll out
Tender – Conditions Flemish Decree

• Stimulate the free market of charging providers
• Charging provider = investor, and pays for:
        -The charging station infrastructure
        -The connection to the electricity grid
        - Exploitation and maintenance

• The charging provider is responsible for the exploitation of the
  charging station during (at least) 10 years
• No impact on the grid tariffs
• Maximal interoperability
• Possibility for ad hoc payments (without subscriptions)

Lessons Learned

                  • Coordination at a higher level is a must

                  • Cooperation local authority is very important (support roll-

                                  => 3,6 TWh / year
