Players that will not reach the 2nd stage in singles event will play consolation event.
Prices: Winner, runner-up and semi-finalists in both team and singles event will receive prices and diplomas (winner
and runner-up only in consolation).

ELIGIBILITY FOR 2019 Mini Cadet Events: Born on or after January 1st 2006 Mini Mini Cadet Events: Born on or after January 1st 2008 PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE 25th – 26th July Team Events 27th – 28th July Individual Events SYSTEM OF PLAY Singles events will be played in two stages, all matches best of 5 games. Team events will be played in two stages, all matches best of 5 games. They will be played on Corbillon Cup System. Doubles will be played in KO basis, all matches best of 5 games. If schedule permits, consolation will be played. SEEDING LIST The last available World Ranking will be used for seeding purposes. Ranking of each country will be taken in account if necessary. FIRST DRAWS Will take place on 24th July at OMEGA Sport Centre at 17:00. The official draw for singles qualification groups takes place 2 days before the first competition day, 12:00 local time following the Snake System. HOSPITALITY Option 1 Accreditation fee payment without hospitality. In case the participants choose Option 1 the Organizers will not offer an official hospitality package. The participants have to look after their own accommodation, transportation and meals. The participants will only pay the accreditation fee. Accreditation fee for the players is fixed to 100 EUR. Accreditation fee for the coaches and medical staff is fixed to 50 EUR. ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
For room cancellation after July 1st July 2019 the entering associations/clubs will be charged with
100 EUR per cancelled person.

INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS By entering the event, players agree to abide by all ITTF rules and by the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee. All entered associations, pairs and individual players agree to be under the auspices of the ITTF and its agents in all matters concerning television coverage, video, internet web casting, motion picture coverage, and photographic coverage of any kind. Participants release all rights, or rights held by their agents or sponsors, in all matters relating to television and web casting coverage, video and motion picture coverage, and photographic coverage of any kind. A participant’s refusal of above listed coverage may be subject to suspension or dismissal from the competition. INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS In the context of betting participants shall not, by any manner whatsoever, infringe the principle of fair play, show unsporting conduct, or attempt to influence the course or result of a competition, or any part thereof, in a manner contrary to sporting ethics. Any violation of this principle shall be disciplined according to provisions of ITTF regulation 3.5.3. INSURANCE By entering the event, each Association/club must ensure that all delegation members have medical, travel and other appropriate insurance.
