The SUN WOOD decor // STALLGRAU 60 originates from
an old barn from the South Tyrolean Dolomites. During a
mountain tour, SUN WOOD founder Arno Stainer encoun-
ters the dismantling of the barn. He takes the most beautiful
boards from the barn back to the company‘s headquarters
in Salzburg, where they are reproduced on various suppor-
ting materials.

Wood becomes concrete - a clever combination!
For our concrete decors, various concrete surfaces were
digitized and then reproduced on wood. The supporting
material wood enables flexible integration into modern room
concepts thanks to a considerable reduction in weight and
easier processing options.

The SUN WOOD // SAALACH 26 decor originated in the
waters of pinzgau which is also the eponym for this unique
decor. The boards were saved from the river Saalach just a
stone‘s throw from the SUN WOOD headquarters. Now they
serve as a template for the special alluvial wood decor.

The SUN WOOD // BRISTOL 53 decor comes from an old
English country house. The desolate house was demolished
by a nonprofit organization and SUN WOOD welcomed the
boards into its collection with open arms. The narrow boards
in bright red are reproduced in the form of versatile wooden
supporting materials.
