                                             Considering the current circumstances
                                             there is positive news in the fact we are
                                             finding good demand on land and older
                                             homes with development potential with
                                             qualified buyers waiting. An Off-Market
                                             appoach is one to consider over the next
                                             couple of months, depending on the prop-
                                             erty and client situation.
                                             We are working within health and safety
                                             guidelines provided by the government,
                                             and can arrange a video market appraisal
                                             if needed via FaceTime or Zoom whether
                                             you are just wanting an accurate market
                                             update or considering when is the best
                                             time to sell. We are here to help.
After listening from the World Health Organisation, the great tips we found to help us
all through this season are committing to exercising at least 30mins a day, eating
healthy, limiting your intake on social media and the news, and limit to only watch gov-
ernment updates 1-2 times a day (there is a lot of fake news out there!). Please also
wash your hands regularly and obey the rules of the government.
