                                         SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
            NOTES (ISSN 0027-4380) is published quarterly, in September, December, March, and June,
            by the Music Library Association. Membership in the Association includes a subscription to
            Notes. Annual U.S. membership dues: institutions, $165.00; individuals, $130.00; students,
            $65.00; retirees, $95.00; sustaining members, $260.00; paraprofessionals, $75.00; corpo-
            rate members, $480.00; corporate patrons, $780.00. Postage (surface mail) supplement for
            Canadian and other foreign addresses: $10.00. Recent single issues are also avail- able for
            $36.00 (U.S.), $40.00 (non-U.S.) each, plus shipping and handling ($10.00 for first item
            and $2.00 for each additional item); current and past two volume years are also available. All
            payments must be in U.S. funds, payable to the Music Library Association, and sent to the
            business office (see address below). Change of address notice should be sent with a recent
            mailing label to the business office 30 days before the effective date. Local postmaster will
            forward Notes only if second-class forwarding postage is guaranteed. MLA does not replace
            copies undelivered because of address changes; claims for other missing issues will be hon-
            ored within three months of the publication date for the issue claimed.
