                                     As we move into our 50th year, Illinois Action for Children and our Community partners
                       Let’s Go!     believe that providing quality care for all children is our most important task as child care
                                     professionals.

                                     We strive to offer opportunities that enhance your child care setting and your professional
                                     development. I encourage you to find a training workshop that is the best fit for you and
                                     your child care program.

                                     In addition, trainings offered will meet state CCAP health and safety training requirements,

                             COMPLIMENTARY CPR/FIRST AID
                 Let’s Go!

                             Through Illinois Action for Children, IDHS will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid
                             training for primary family child care providers, center directors and center
                             staff caring for CCAP children. Family child assistants are not eligible for
                             complimentary CPR/First Aid.
                             Providers MUST meet the following requirements:
                             a. Must have a minimum of 1 CCAP child in care.
            Register for
                             b. Current Gateways to Opportunity Registry Membership.
        CPR/First Aid by
completing registration      c. Must include your 15-digit Child Care Management System (CCMS)
                                Provider ID to the registry profile. This number can be found on the CCAP
  forms on pages 43-52.
                                Approval Notice (Form IL444-3455A) and the monthly Child Care Certificate
                                (Form IL444-3492).

             Complimentary CPR/First Aid ends June 30, 2019.
