As we move into our 50th year, Illinois Action for Children and our Community partners
Let’s Go! believe that providing quality care for all children is our most important task as child care
professionals.
We strive to offer opportunities that enhance your child care setting and your professional
development. I encourage you to find a training workshop that is the best fit for you and
your child care program.
In addition, trainings offered will meet state CCAP health and safety training requirements,

COMPLIMENTARY CPR/FIRST AID
Let’s Go!
Through Illinois Action for Children, IDHS will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid
training for primary family child care providers, center directors and center
staff caring for CCAP children. Family child assistants are not eligible for
complimentary CPR/First Aid.
Providers MUST meet the following requirements:
a. Must have a minimum of 1 CCAP child in care.
