FAQ for exhibitors

1 What exactly does Hybrid CCW mean, and what exactly does the concept look like?

A combination and, very importantly, networking of live events in Berlin and digital events worldwide. We use both formats, thus
also creating a network between CCWberlin and CCWdigital. We don't separate but connect and bring together the best of both
worlds. In this way, we are expanding the range and the possibilities for everyone considerably. In concrete terms, this means:

      ✔ M
atchmaking is the brain of our platform. A kind of business dating platform. An intelligent networking tool through which
visitors, depending on their interest profile, can connect with one another and with other exhibitors, depending on the range of
products on offer. This can produce a top match, a good match or just a match, depending on how things fit together
      ✔ V
irtually all the content, lectures, exhibitors and people at the CCW will be present both physically and digitally. Lectures from
the trade show and conference via live streams. The networking of all visitors and exhibitors via text and video chats
      ✔ A
ll content, lectures, blogs, podcasts, etc. can be filtered using the tool. So everyone can put together their own individual
content and personal CCW programme according to their interests
✔ Automated reminder emails direct visitors to the lectures they have selected in their personal agenda
✔ T he platform is browser-based and device-independent. It works on all common devices. It can therefore also be used by on-site
visitors and exhibitors, offering them loads of new possibilities as well as proven functionalities. Against this backdrop, the CCW
app and the exhibition catalogue are no longer required
✔ The system also shows whether someone is currently connected live from Berlin or remotely from elsewhere

2 What does the digital CCW or the hybrid format offer me as an exhibitor?

Qualitative leads through matchmaking, top presentation and networking opportunities. Together with Coders Unlimited, a
smart MarTech company that focusses on the digital transformation of marketing and sales, we have created our digital platform
focussing on an additional sales and marketing platform for you as an exhibitor. Equipped with a logic for transmitting qualitative
leads, the most important currency for you as an exhibitor. The result and initial reactions of some sneak preview exhibitors confirm
      our approach.

✔ In doing so, they ensure the best possible content (physical and digital); valuable content is king. Our filter function ensures that
your content is found by visitors who are specifically interested in your topics, products and services
      ✔ A
s a lead, you will receive the contact details and reporting from all visitors who have accessed your content via the digital
platform. This also applies to your content from Berlin (trade show forum, demo forum, speakers' forum) as well as to your
content on the digital platform within your own company space
✔ Our matchmaking tool helps you, as an exhibitor, exchange ideas with suitable visitors, to network and vice versa
✔ Text and video chat including appointments makes your networking easier
✔ The entire content can still be accessed one week after the CCW on Demand. Here, too, a lead is sent to you as an exhibitor

3 What can I as an exhibitor do to get the best possible performance?

As an exhibitor, you present yourself live in Berlin and digitally worldwide. You can take the proven quality of personal contact
possibilities and leads home with you from Berlin. Your own company space, among other things, is available to you in digital
form. Our system of individual matchmaking, coupled with options for content and company filtering, depending on needs and
interests, ultimately brings together supply and demand in a very classical manner.

Combining your physical and digital presence opens up the hybrid format and what it can accomplish. We all think the coming CCW
and your presence as an exhibitor will be hybrid, physical and digital. Combined and networked. We will be sending you a video
tutorial for exhibitors and visitors in good time. Here are some first and useful tips for you to perform optimally:

                                                                                                                                            2|4
FAQ for exhibitors

✔ C ontent is king. We're sure you'll have a lot to say. No need to use advertising messages or similar in your digital content. Your
blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, videos, etc. should offer real added value. Less is definitely more. Better two superb contents than
          four "marketing brochures"
       ✔ G
ood to know; Content from exhibitors will be shown and used as a teaser randomly on the CCW homepage. There is also an
extra teaser for the most widely read content. You should be there
se the matchmaker to find potential new customers. The matchmaker can be used by both CCWberlin visitors and CCWdigital
       ✔ U
         visitors
       ✔ B
rief your speakers on site so that they always refer to your company space. Deep dives to your lectures in Berlin or direct
appointments with your speakers via the platform are definitely good ideas in this context
✔ Ideally, you should split your trade show services into physical and digital ones. But it's not a must
esigning your own company space to make it look attractive perfectly rounds off your presence. We tested it; If you have
       ✔ D
prepared your content and a few good pictures, you won't even need an hour to bring your stylish company space to life
       ✔ B
y the way, the most attractively designed company space wins the marketing and organisation of a webinar by Management
         Circle worth 3,500 euros

4 How long will the CCW content be available for?

All streamed presentations will be available live during the CCW. Sessions that have expired will also be recorded during the CCW.
The digital platform with all content, such as live streams, blogs, podcasts and content from all exhibitors, will still be available for
one week after the CCW for all booked visitors and exhibitors of the CCW, and the content can be accessed accordingly. This offers
more flexibility. Until now, you have always had to make a decision regarding parallel sessions, or you weren't able to make it to all
the relevant exhibitors due to lack of time. Now everything can also be consumed afterwards. As visitors, we would schedule time.

5 What hygiene and safety measures apply to the CCW?

Hygiene – Distancing – Protection – Contact Tracing. Together with experts for all relevant areas, as well as in cooperation
with the ECC Berlin, we have developed an exemplary and already approved guide under which the CCW 2021 can be safely
implemented within the context of COVID-19. It's worth knowing that the competent authorities have classified ECC Berlin's hygiene
and safety concept as absolutely exemplary. We have all measures and requirements illustrated very transparently on our website.
The whole concept is also available there as a PDF: www.ccw.eu. A video on hygiene and safety at the ECC Berlin is available here:
       To ECC Berlin's video

6 What do the requirements mean for me as an exhibitor?

We'll make the CCW safe and successful together. As an exhibitor, you ensure that all hygiene and safety requirements are adhered
to at your stand. The ECC Berlin and we take care of the rest. The word "requirements" probably makes us all very nervous. With
careful consideration and a creative or solution-oriented examination of all points, you quickly realise that many measures can be
implemented by relatively simple means. We have set out everything in our information sheet for exhibitors and have incorporated
recommendations and ideas in order to manage the whole thing well. The ECC Berlin's feedback on this is also very encouraging:
"Great work, really, there's no doubt that this is going to work." Our information sheet for exhibitors is also available on our website:
       www.ccw.eu.

7 What visitor capacity does the CCW offer?

For the CCW 2021, an event space of around 25,000 m² will be available in the ECC Berlin. This will include outside and/or open air
spaces. We assume that we will be dealing with a capacity of approx. 2,500 - 3,000 visitors per day. With distribution over 3 days
of trade shows, we will have a total capacity of 7,500 – 9,000 CCW visitors. Capacities that are sufficient even during normal CCW
years. However, neither we nor our partners expect on-site visitor numbers as in normal years. Overall, we are very confident about
the total number of visitors (physical and digital). For the last 22 years of the CCW, we have, with our partners, achieved the status
of being the industry's most important event in Europe. We were able to welcome thousands of visitors from all over the world
every year. The desire and curiosity of all CCW fans for the first summer edition and for our new digital platform will definitely be
       enormous.

                                                                                                                                              3|4
FAQ for exhibitors

8 How will the visitors (CCWberlin/CCWdigital) distribute themselves?

Visitors will distribute themselves one way or another. Depending on the situation of the pandemic in summer, visitors will be
divided into physical and digital ones. The way things are developing now makes us quite confident for the end of June. After around
one and a half years without live encounters, the desire and need for face-to-face meetings at face-to-face events are stronger
than ever. With our approved hygiene and safety concept, we will make this possible again for our industry. Every visitor is most
welcome regardless of his or her taste. Let me give you a tip: A lot can be done digitally, some things will remain analogue, and
that's probably a good thing. The CCW's ice cream in summer will surely taste better if it drips onto your hands.

9 If the CCW in Berlin has to be cancelled, will it take place only digitally?

We currently assume that the CCW will take place in June. Of course, confidence alone is not enough. We are well prepared to
experience a safe and successful CCW 2021 in hybrid format. All requirements shall be met in an exemplary manner and anyone
who cannot, does not want to or is not allowed to be on site in person, can experience the CCW via our brand new and very smart
       digital platform.

We have not planned a purely digital CCW. Also against the backdrop that we have designed the digital platform to complement
and expand the physical CCW. In addition to this, many exhibitors are sceptic from their previous experience regarding the real sales
benefits of purely digital trade show formats. We do not wish to rule this out completely at this point. Especially since our digital
platform has a lot to offer in terms of sales, especially for exhibitors. We will again 'finetune' this topic intensively with our advisory
boards as well. Please send us your opinion on this. Should anything with the current "Hybrid Only" statement change, we will
inform you in good time, by the end of April at the latest.

10 As the organiser, how do you assess the current situation?

The past and the current year have placed tough demands on most of us, especially the event industry. It is very encouraging to
see how we have grown together to meet the ever-new challenges in the best possible way. My sincerest thanks to all exhibitors,
partners and CCW fans for this. Special situations always open up new possibilities for all of us, leading the way to new ideas. We
look ahead and look forward to working with you in expanding the tried and tested and creating new things.

The Lord Mayor of Rostock, Claus Ruhe Madsen, aptly summed up how challenging times are to be mastered: "We should together
point ways forward, how safe they are and how they can be mastered. One person builds the protective wall and the other sets the
sails". We are all professionals in the event sector. You as an exhibitor and we as the organiser. Together with all partners, we would
like to build the protective wall around the CCW in such a way that we can set the CCW summer sails and steer our CCW ship towards
a safe and successful CCW with a tailwind and great cruise. Live in Berlin and digitally worldwide.

WE'LL MAKE THE CCW SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL TOGETHER.
