                                                                                                                                             The Scenic Rim region is rich in history and is home to a number of fascinating and well-
                                                                                                                                             resourced museums which play a key role in preserving our region’s cultural heritage. The
                                                                                                                                             Scenic Rim Heritage Network (SRHN) is open to community museums and heritage groups

                                                                                                                                             and is supported by Scenic Rim Regional Council’s Heritage Project Officer and a Queensland

                                                                                                                                             development of architecture, farming techniques, living arrangements, politics and major events
                                                                                                                                             throughout the Scenic Rim.
                                                                                                                                             Meetings of the SRHN are held quarterly at museums around the region. The network has been
                                                                                                                                             instrumental in developing signage for our Vibrant Towns and Villages project, to create a sense
                                                                                                                                             of place in our communities, and is working on the development of heritage trails across the
