School Supply Checklist

Everyone: Scissors, three glue sticks, one bottle of white glue, colored
   pencils, crayons, markers, pencils, eraser, personal white board (about
   9x12), 2 to 4 white board markers, white board eraser (small rag)
, highlighter, basic water color set with brush, sticky page tabs, clear tap,
   simple planner, and small personal timer

***Please keep these items on the small (12 to 36 range) side. Bring them to the
   schoolhouse in a pencil box or pencil pouch. For items easily used up or lost, keep
   replacements at home and re-stock as needed. For part-time students, these items
   can be brought back and forth in the student’s backpack, if desired. (Small white
   board is not kept in pencil box/pouch.)

*** For all binders listed, please make sure they are a hard, clear view cover three-ring
   binder. Color does not matter.

Language Arts Level K
(Group small items in a large, name labeled Ziplock bag)
☐ 300 index cards (3 by 5), white or colored (Lined or unlined)
☐ Small Ziplock bag with roughly 30 dried beans, buttons, or place marker
☐ One basic paper plate
☐ 100 (about) cotton balls
☐ Small ball of yarn (just something you have left over)
☐ One box (of multiple snack packs) of shelf stable snacks (preferred by your child)
   Examples: cereal, goldfish, raisins
☐ Fun pointer (examples: straw, feather, or wand)
☐ A one-inch binder with 30 sheets of age-appropriate writing paper
☐ Three, quart sized freezer strength Ziplock bags

Language Arts Level One

If you feel like donating the following items (because you have them around
the house), we would also like: empty toilet paper rolls (15), gold duct
tape, stick on jewels, white card stock, craft sticks, craft foam, clothes
pins, playdough, and one bottle of wood glue.
* This list will be posted on private Facebook and you can check off what you have
   donated so duplicates are not received.

Science

Friday Elective Day

General Supplies: For group use

☐ Hand sanitizer (If you want your child to use any kind of special hand sanitizer,
  please send and refill a small personal bottle they can attach to their backpack)
☐ Clorox wipes (3 wipes per day your child attends) I understand that this may be hard
  to come by, please do your best and send what you can. Other brands are fine.
☐ Hand soap
☐ Paper towels (One large roll per-child)
☐ Toilet paper (Let’s start with three large rolls per-child. Toilet paper math is hard!)

Our best effort will be made to return un-used items to your family at the
end of the school year. But, please know that items on this list are

best chance of return, label important items with your child’s name.
