This form is for the participation of the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS SENIORS, UNDER 23 & JUNIORS Dear Friends of Canoeing, This entry form is only for participants of 2011 ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships -19th Edition – Singapore. Please enter all relevant boxes with the relevant information and numbers. Be sure to send in early to secure the choice of your accommodation and boat rental as there are limited units available. Upon receiving the information, we will process and update you on the possibilities of arrangements and payment matters. Booking of accommodation is only confirmed with payment, on a first come first served basis. Many thanks for your attention. Terms and Conditions of Entry Entering on behalf of the whole national team you are agreeing for all members of your national team to agree to these terms and conditions as well. Participants acknowledge that participation in the event is a physically strenuous activity. It is acknowledged that participation in the event is physically demanding for the athletes and they are aware of the nature of the event and the associated medical and physical risks involved. They are physically capable of competing in the event and agree that the Organising Committee, its officials, employees, affiliations, sponsors or medical personnel are not responsible for any injury or illness that they may suffer as a result of their participation in the event. By entering the competition the participants agree to abide by the International Canoe Federation (ICF) competition and doping rules and regulations. While the Organising Committee takes every care with the staging of the event participants acknowledge that personal accident and personal items insurance is their own responsibility. Participants irrevocably consents to their appearance in the event being filmed, recorded, incorporated and exploited in whole or in part in any television programme, film, video or broadcast of whatever nature by all means and in all media and formats now or invented after the date of these conditions. The participant irrevocably consents to the use and reproduction of the participants name, likeness, appearance and photographs, films and recordings by all means and in all media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of the event and/or the portion of the event and the commercial rights relating to the event provided that such use does not imply direct endorsement by the participant of any official sponsor or suppliers of the event. The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter these conditions by giving notice to the participants in writing in any official event material or correspondence prior to the competition.
