SUMMER TRIP 2021 RULES
1. The JAFRA Summer Trip 2021 qualification period is
October 1, 2020−February 28, 2021.
2. The Event Package includes a 4 day, 3 night stay at Intercontinental
San Francisco Hotel. The hotel room will be based on double occupancy.
No more than two attendees will be allowed to stay per room and
rollaway beds will not be permitted for this trip.
3. The Event includes the following meals:
May 20: Welcome Dinner
May 21: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
May 22: Breakfast, Lunch on own, Dinner
May 23: Farewell Breakfast
4. JAFRA Wristbands will be issued onsite at Registration and it will be
mandatory for all attendees to wear them throughout the Event.
Only those who have been issued a JAFRA Wristband will be allowed into
official Event functions.
5. Ground transportation will be provided in groups to and from the
San Francisco International Airport and Intercontinental San Francisco
Hotel.
6. Consultants and Leaders who qualify for the Event will be mailed a letter
confirming the level earned for self (and guest if applicable). A confirmation
email will be sent out the 2nd week of March. You must respond
confirming your participation no later than March 31, 2021.
7. Only Consultants who have qualified for the Event for themselves and a
guest are authorized to pick up their own, as well as their guest's, Event
Badges at Event Registration.
8. Guests of JAFRA Event attendees must be at least 18 years old.
No children or unregistered persons will be admitted to any of the
official Event functions.
9. A Consultant’s JAFRA account must be current to attend the JAFRA
Summer Trip 2021.
10. If an Event Qualifier chooses to stay at Intercontinental San Francisco
Hotel for any additional days prior to or following the Event, the Consultant
is responsible for making her/his own reservations and the hotel must be
paid directly.
11. Inquiries to Consultant Care must be made no later than March 31, 2021.
12. There will be no monetary compensation for any Consultant who earns the
JAFRA Summer Trip 2021, but does not attend.
