The AZELLA District Test Coordinator will:
   Report testing incidents to ADE

   Collect materials from schools

   Separate Scorable (pink) and Nonscorable (green)

   Complete Header Sheets and School Header Lists

   Complete Materials Inventory Sheets

   Box materials for return shipping

   Ensure test materials are picked up by March 31, 2017

   Remove all downloaded audio and video files from devices.
Checking and verifying
the bundle stacks match
 the School Header List
   and the Fiesta Pink
     Header Sheets.
Each box of Scorable   Scorable materials.
   materials moves
  through the line to
Scanning and Scoring.
Nonscorable materials live here
Packing the boxes of Scorable materials is important. Your shipment of boxes
arrives at the Pearson warehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Boxes are counted, wrapped together and sent to the Data
Preparation area.

The contents of the boxes are
validated using the School Header
Lists and the Fiesta Pink School Header Sheets.

                       Once the contents have been validated, they
                       are moved onto scoring carts as batches and
                       continue processing through
                       scanning and scoring.
Session 3 is completed.
