To place a bid - Write your Personal Bid Number (located
on the back of your program) and bid amount in the next available space on
the bid sheet. The minimum bid and minimum raise for each item is on
each bid sheet. To be valid, bids must comply with these minimums and be
readable. Doing so constitutes a contract to purchase that item at the price
you stated if your bid is the winning bid. The last (highest) bid entered,
prior to the auction closing will be the winning bid. The silent auction tables
close promptly at 8:15pm.
When the auction is closed, the winning Personal Bid Number will be
clearly marked on each sheet. Winners may purchase and pick up their
items at the checkout table located at the entrance at the end of the evening.
