Earn a $10 Glenrose Village EFTPOS gift card when you spend $150 or more at
Woolworths or Aldi at Glenrose Village or $50 or more in one transaction at any
other Glenrose retailer.

This offer is valid for purchases made between 2 March 2020 and 22 March 2020.
There is a total of $3000.00 in vouchers to be claimed. While stocks last.

To claim:
  • Monday to Friday: Present a valid receipt to the Centre Management Office
      between 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Weekends: Present a valid receipt to the Glenrose pop-up stall opposite
      Jenny’s Nails between 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Details:
  • Only one receipt can be presented per day per customer
  • Customers must provide their name and postcode when claiming
  • Details of the date and venue of spend will be captured
  • EFTPOS Cards are subject to availability. Or While Stocks last.
  • Cards are valid for use for one year only from the 2 March 2020 – 22 March
      2021
  • Gift cards, tobacco, mobile phone recharge, prescription medicines, lottery
      and alcohol are not eligible as valid purchases
  • Receipts from various stores cannot be added up to meet the minimum
      amounts
  • Receipts must be dated within the period and meet minimum spends
  • Customers have until 23.59pm on Sunday 22nd March to make a claim

Definitions:
  • Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
       Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its
       directors.

Terms and Conditions
  • Information on how to claim a $10 Glenrose Village EFTPOS gift card forms
     part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes
     acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter is Twentieth Letter Marketing and Communications Pty Ltd -
     ABN No. 67 138 747 029 as the marketing agent for Glenrose Village
     Shopping Centre at 56-58 Glen St, Belrose, NSW 2085.
  • The Promotion is a Glenrose Village EFTPOS Gift Card give-away run by the
     Promoter.
  • The Promotion commences at 07:00 Monday 2 March 2020 and concludes
     23:59 Sunday 22 March 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).
  • Eligibility is open to residents of NSW, over the age of 18 years who fulfil the
     requirements, except:

o     Employees of Twentieth Letter Marketing and Communications (the
          Promoter) and their immediate family
    o     employees of Colliers International (the Managing Agent) and their
          immediate family, cleaning and security contractors, tenants in the
          Glenrose Village Shopping Centre and their immediate family;
    o     the staff of tenants in the Glenrose Village Shopping Centre and their
          immediate family; and
    o     the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production,
          publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate
          family.
•   All references to times and dates are to times and dates according to AEDST.

•   All values of the gift cards are to be provided in the currency of the country in
    which the entrant is resident (i.e. in Australian Dollars).
•   Eligible purchases are minimum purchases of either:
    o     $150 or more in any participating supermarket (stores listed in Table A)
          during the promotional period. (The following products are ineligible:
          tobacco, gift cards, mobile phone recharge, prescription medicines,
          lottery and alcohol); or
    o     $50 or more in any participating retailer (stores listed in Table B) during
          the promotional period. (The following products are ineligible: tobacco,
          gift cards, mobile phone recharge, prescription medicines, lottery and
          alcohol).
•   Eligible purchases are purchases made at Glenrose Village Shopping Centre
    between 07:00 on 2nd March 2020 and 23:59 on 22nd March 2020.
•   Eligible purchases must have a retained and valid receipt.

•   To claim, customers are to submit a valid receipt at:
    o     Centre Management office between 09:00 and 17:00 on Monday to
          Friday during the Promotion Period or;
    o     Glenrose Village pop-up stall from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and
          Sunday during the Promotion Period located at Site 1 Opposite Jenny’s
          nails. Please refer Map below.
•   Each valid receipt can only be submitted once.
•   Any person can only submit one valid receipt per day.
•   Receipts cannot be added together to reach the minimum spend.
•   Any person with one valid receipt will receive a Glenrose Village EFTPOS Gift
    Card valued at $10.
•   Maximum of one card can be claimed per customer during any day of the
    promotional period.
•   Customers have up to 23:59 on 22 March 2020 to claim a card.
•   Entitlement to the Glenrose Village EFTPOS Gift Card are subject to
    availability.
•   Receipt(s) recording bill payments, prescription medicine, gift card purchases,
    mobile phone recharge, lottery tickets, tobacco and tobacco related product
    purchases are not included.
•   Receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds
    and exchanges are not included.
•   ATM or EFTPOS receipts do not qualify as a proof of purchase.
•   Credit card or bank statements do not qualify as proof of purchase.
•   Receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been
    tampered with, have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original
    receipts will not be accepted.
•   Glenrose Village is not responsible for the functionality of the Glenrose Village
    EFTPOS Gift Card.
•   Cards are active and able to be used for 12 months from 2 March 2020.

•   The Promoter reserves the right to stamp and/or photocopy each purchase
    receipt submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
•   Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and
    conditions.
