At Smokies we have function suites to suit all party sizes, so if you’re looking to join one of our
programmed events or wish to celebrate in your own private room then Smokies is the venue
for you.
Our festive programme details all the events throughout December & all you need to do is fill
in your details on the booking form and return this to us with your deposit and we will do the
rest for you.

Christmas decorations and prepare to enjoy a dazzling Christmas experience. Our spectacular
interactive parties provide a party atmosphere second to none.
Throughout the evening enjoy fantastic high energy performances by our incredible live performers.
Treat yourself to a classy cocktail at our Manhattan Cocktail Bar from our brilliant bar tender.
Have fun in our party photo booth, have some fabulous pictures taken with your friends and take
home a FREE photo as a reminder of your amazing Christmas party. The fun doesn’t stop there as
we have casino tables to have a go on and then party the night away with our DJ.
Choose from a selection of dates throughout the Christmas period, & enjoy our Manhattan
Nights with disco until 1:30am. A three-course meal will be served at 7:30pm and to finish the
night off, we are serving mini New York style hot dogs at midnight to ease the late-night hunger
after a fun packed night.

Be welcomed at 6:30pm with a Kir Royale cocktail. Experience a night of glitz and New York Christmas
glamour by candle-light in our beautifully dressed Crompton Suite; be entertained by our fabulous swing
singer and entertainer.

Our Christmas Day carvery is perfect for those that want a fantastic lunch without the formalities of
being served each course. You also get to choose exactly what you have and how much you have. Love
sprouts? Then help yourself, hate them? Then steer clear and choose something else. Seating times are at
1pm, 3pm & 5pm and includes a welcome drink, luxury crackers and extras, with tea/coffee & mince pies.
Please be advised that tables are allocated 1hour & 30mins from time booked, so please arrive in good
time. Once you have finished your meal, feel free to relax in our Filament Lounge where full bar service is
available.

A deposit of £15pp is required at the time of booking.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. All bookings must be made on the Christmas booking form and be returned with a non refundable deposit
of £15.00 per person.
2. The final balance and confirmation of numbers must be made by the 2nd November. Failure to comply
with this will result in the loss of booking and associated deposits.
3. The deposits of absent guests are not deductable from the final balance. Furthermore, payments made by
guests are NOT refundable or transferable to goods in lieu under any circumstances.
4. After confirmation of your initial booking we cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate any increase
in numbers. Cheques payable to Smokies Entertainments Ltd.
5. Payments of deposits and final balance may be made by Cash, Debit Card, or a single cheque. Cheques
payable to Smokies Entertainments Ltd. Parties submitting more than one cheque may be subject to an
administration charge.
6. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises any guest who does not
comply with the dress/sobriety code OR who are causing a nuisance to other guests.
7. All times shown are subject to approval by the local licensing authority.
8. The Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices of the events. In the event
of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full
refund given.
9. All bookings made are to be paid for prior to event.
10. Menu pre orders must be submitted on 2nd November.
11. The hotel bar will close at 1pm and will re-open for residents only from 1:30pm. Customer signature key
cards will need to be displayed to purchase alcohol from this time.
12. Dietary requirements are all catered for and must be pre ordered. We do not offer alternatives to suit
tastes.
13. All alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages not purchased at the hotel are not permitted for any event.
14. Parking at the hotel is at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any liability for damage/theft to any guest’s
property.
