Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® has close to 4,000 members across 30 counties in the Central and
Southeastern Kentucky region. LBAR offers you a variety of impactful and cost-effective options to help you connect
with decision makers representing all corners of the real estate industry.
Afliates and Sponsors benet from premiere exposure to LBAR members. By becoming a sponsor, you will increase
your organization's visibility and be viewed by members as a leader in the industry. From face-to-face interaction to
repeat coverage in communication outlets and priority exposure to new marketing opportunities, annual sponsors
have access to reaching REALTORS® consistently throughout the year.

The LBAR website contains all the properties on the MLS. Afliate member companies are listed under
Consumers on the Find an Afliate page and the area of business in which they work along with their
phone numbers, e-mail addresses and web site links. Each afliate member is also listed with a photo
and contact information.
Ÿ Member Rosters
Access to membership lists/rosters. Updated rosters are available at no cost. To access the rosters,
please email Katrina at katrina@lbar.com.
Ÿ LBAR Communications
Receive bi-weekly newsletters that contain Association updates, industry news, event notications,
education schedules and more. You will also be sent, when necessary, email notications about
upcoming deadlines, education courses and timely Association issues. Note: these will be sent to the
email address on le so make sure your email address is correct.

Terms of Agreement
Sponsor agrees that upon acceptance, this application shall be an agreement between the sponsor and

organizer, the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS (LBAR). Events listed are subject to change
and/or cancellation. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. LBAR reserves the right, in its
sole discretion for any reason, to accept or reject a potential sponsor or to cancel a sponsorship. If a
sponsorship is cancelled, a prorated portion of the sponsorship fee will be refunded based on the date of
cancellation. Sponsor grants LBAR limited license to use Sponsor’s logo in the promotional material for the
selected event(s).
Sponsorships are from January 1 through December 31.
