What is the WUPSL
The UPSL Men's side was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams
nationwide. The UPSL is the largest Pro Development League in North America.
Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated. All clubs are responsible for
maintaining UPSL National League minimum standards. As with the Men's UPSL,
WUPSL clubs will play a regular season with conference matches and a playoff
format to crown a champion. As the league grows, conferences of a yet-to-be-
determined size will split into two divisions and implement UPSL’s
Promotion/Relegation Model. With the Men's UPSL division having over 400
teams. The UPSL had to open a pathway for women to compete at the next level as
the league launches its own women’s league for the 2021 season.

Our CNY Soccer Mission
Krajisnik Football Club announces an expansion team into a Women’s Semi-professional Soccer
Program to begin spring 2021. Krajisnik FC competed in their inaugural season in the UPSL (United
Premier Soccer League) men’s soccer league in 2019, bringing us a new option for soccer growth in
the Mohawk Valley and Central New York. To our club it was a successful season, in which our goal
was to finish competitively and remain in our current division, causing a renewed excitement in
our area for Men’s soccer. The area has collectively experienced a great amount of talent recently
on the high school and collegiate levels of play for women’s soccer in the Mohawk Valley. Growth in
any program includes an extensive base including a quality youth program, as well as your upper
levels. Krajisnik FC would like to announce the expansion of an UPSL Women’s team to be added to
our club starting the spring of 2021. We are hoping to acquire interest and talent from our
community and local colleges, as well as the Syracuse area. We will be partnering with the local
youth clubs in a dual effort to provide this opportunity in our area. Our hope is that it will be
excite our local youth girls and motivate them to want to continue to play past college soccer. The
club is hoping to capture local successful college talent from the area as well as the surrounding

Women's Semi-Pro Coaching Staff

                  Head Coach
                David Clayton

          Born in Cardiff, Wales UK – Graduated from Brookfield Central School
          (Brookfield NY) All time leading goal scorer in school history, and a record
          for most goals in a season. Played 2 years at Mohawk Valley CC, where he
          was a starter for 2 years and the teams leading goal scorer. Graduate of
          SUNY EMPIRE STATE (NY) w/ Bachelors in Business Management and
          Economics. Certificate holder in Sustainability, Holds a USSF Class D License
          and a Member of the NSCAA since 2016. David is currently the Head Men’s
          Soccer Coach at North Country Community College. David has recently been
          appointed as our Head Coach for our UPSL Women’s team.

          -3 years Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach @ Herkimer College.

          -Regional Championships 2017 & 2018 and a Regional Final Appearance 2016

          -2 Mountain Valley Conference Championships

Women's Semi-Pro Coaching Staff

                Assistant Coach

                    Damon Neish
          Damon was a 4-year starter in his college career at the University of
          Abertay, Dundee, finishing top scorer twice, before going on to coach
          with the University men for two years after graduating. He spent a
          year in Connecticut coaching youth players for a year before heading
          back to Scotland to continue his professional development and
          coaching licenses.

          He has his UEFA Youth A License and my UEFA B License and his USSF
          D license. As he worked with Dundee Football Club, as a head coach
          with their professional youth academy. During the time he also
          worked full time as the head of community soccer for the club.

          He was head coach for Forfar Farmington Woman’s Football Club for
          two years, who play in the Scottish Woman’s Premier League, where
          he managed to consolidate our place as one of the top 8 teams in the
          entire country with one of the youngest squads. He then took on a
          role as Head of Youth Performance with Jeanfield Swifts Girls and
          Ladies where he over saw the U19 performance squad for the year.

          Damon is currently working for UK International Soccer, a company
          that provides coaches to clubs and organizations all over America to
          help grow and develop soccer. Damon helps deliver UK International
          programs in the North East from Buffalo to Rhode Island from elite
          training programs to recreational summer camps and everything in-
          between.

          Damon moved to Central New York 4 years ago as Director of Coaching
          for Rising Stars Soccer Academy. Youth development is a major factor
          in his coaching philosophy, giving players opportunities to show what
          they can do and helping players reach top potential. Damon has been
          appointed as the Women’s UPSL Assistant Coach.
