THANK YOU

           Life-Saving Award
Kudos to Officer Aaron Semlinger for receiving
the Selma Police Department Life Saving Award!
In November 2022, Officer Semlinger was dis-
patched to assist EMS with a subject who was unre-
sponsive and had no pulse. Based on his training and
experience, Officer Semlinger quickly recognized that
the subject had possibly suffered an accidental over-
dose. Officer Semlinger administered one dose of Nar-
can and began life-saving measures. Due to his quick
action, Officer Semlinger was able to revive the subject
and keep him stable until EMS personnel arrived.
Without a doubt, Officer Semlinger was responsible for
        saving this man’s life.
We are extremely proud of Officer Semlinger as his
actions represent the core values that the Selma Police
        Department holds. Professionalism, Respect, Integrity,
        Dedication, and Excellence. PRIDE.

Thank You Officer Semlinger for making the
City of Selma and the Selma Police Department
        proud.
