Offers are based on asking for minimum grades in one elective, English and Mathematics and one grade in
a remaining compulsory or elective subject, including Chinese Language and Liberal Studies. The grades
required vary by degree and are illustrated below for guidance purposes.

Our DSE requirements range from 5,5-4,3,3 plus Maths and English, for specific entry requirements for your
chosen degree, please email hongkongstudents@uea.ac.uk

A full course list can be found on our website. Where specific A Levels are required for any course, an
elective in that subject will be required for HKDSE.

Acceptable English tests we accept are HKDSE English, IELTS, TOEFL, Password and Duolingo - these
tests must have been taken within the last two years.

We also accept a wide range of International Foundation and International Year one programmes.
