                                 INTRODUCTION

The Young People’s Concert is cultural production by young musicians and dancers from
different countries to show their talents on international stages and demonstrating for
peace, joy and quality of life.

In the past years the initiators organized music programs to celebrate the 50th
anniversary of the UN, to support the peace movement in Former Yugoslavia and to
demonstrate against antisemitism.

Between 2015 and 2018 international youth performers participated in international
Cultural Festivals in Hangzhou, China. (Experiences by Mockers https://youtu.be/

                                 THE MAIN AIMS
   • To express the thoughts of young people with the tools of music, art and dance for
     peace and solidarity around the world.
   • To introduce the cultural diversity of young people on the international stage of
     World Leisure Expo
   • To build the network, called YOUPECO, within the Young People’s Leisure Network

                           ORGANIZING COMMITEE
Young people and adult mentors are involved in the organizing committee of YOUPECO.
Such individuals reflect a strong commitment to establishing qualitative productions for
youth talent management internationally. Several universities and youth organizations
have joined the endeavor to engage in its programs and services, supported by an
international board of directors.
The YPLN members work to collaborate and cooperate with one another various
exchanges, research projects, educational programs and leisure events and activities.
The primary intent of the network is to align youth in a way they may communicate,
cooperate and share common interest focused on the topic of leisure.
YOUPECO is coordinated a central location by youth and adult mentors. Each
participating location also has individuals are involve in coordination of local activities
and for maintaining connections to the international network.

• the Foundation of Cultural Heritage Promotion
• Surindra Rajabhat University

                                 PARTICIPANTS
THE PERFORMERS

    •   Different groups are invited to take a part in the YOUPECO 2018 group
    •   The maximum number of participants are 6 person/group (included accompany
        person)
    •   The age limit of the performers must be between 16-30 years
    •   The groups are able to cover a round trip ticket from their home country to
        Thailand.
    •   The participants should have international experience of performing on stages.
    •   Their participation should be endorsed and supported by their communities,
        universities, organizations etc.
    •   Each group should prepare a short film (max. 3 min.) on their home cities and
        former performance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

All musicians and dancers should carry their equipments, which they want to use
during the festival.
Host organization will prepare the stage.

                                      COSTS

The host organization will provide accommodation and food during the festival
and local transportation.
The participant are responsible to buy the round trip ticket to Thailand and an
overall insurance.

            The Central Government Office, Bangkrauy District, Nonthaburi Province.
10.00 am    "MOU Ceremony"with the Sheriff of Bangkrauy District.
11.00 am    Ceremony of Offering Ropes to Buddhist Monks at Tanod Temple.

4.00 pm       Parade of International Costumes
6.00 pm        International Folklore Performances
               Souvenirs presentation and exchanging.

                Flood Walls at Bangkrauy archaeological sites.
