THE COMPANY OUR MISSION The 1925 Brewing Co. designs, brews & distributes modern Asian styled craft beers for the modern Asian palate. We lead the charge in the proliferation of Asian styled beers in the global market, placing Asian styled beers as a serious contender for the global market share. YELLOW VAN (4.8% ABV) brewed primarily with the hops, Citra. Designed to be a
session beer, the pale ale seeks a delicate balance between both hops and malt. It
brings familiarity, yet never fails to surprise the palate with the subtle bursts of
Citra.
Pours well with a fully formed head of foam and is probably the most versatile beer
in our selection to pair with any foods.

DARK ALE, ABV 5.2%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
THE BLK622 (5.2% ABV) is probably the most well known beer brewed by The 1925
Brewing Co. The body is jet black with a smooth creamy foam head, and often gets
mistaken for a stout. Flavours are bold and rich, with hints of co ee and caramel.

SMALL MONSTER (4.8% ABV) is a sessionable IPA brewed with a mixture of
Amarillo, Cascade and Sentinel hops. A robust ale with a smooth mouth feel which
nishes with the lingering notes of hops and mild dryness. Despite it’s style, the
Small Monster is an IPA designed to quench the thirst of any avid drinker.

THE GENERAL,
FRUIT BEER, ABV 4.8%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
THE GENERAL (4.8% ABV) is made from a combination of actual old and young
ginger, hence the avours are undeniably ginger spicy and rich. The sweet notes
accompanied by the explosions of gingery spice on the tongue makes it good
enough to drink on its own, or drunk as an aperitif, or even used as a replacement
for ginger beers in a variety of cocktails.

TEA ALE, ABV 5.8%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
GOD’S GIFT (5.8% ABV) is an dark ale brewed specially, with Dilmah’s Ceylon
Spiced Chai for Dilmah Tea in the 2017 The Tea Inspired Awards. The beer was
designed to pair speci cally with Asian styled dishes. It won a “Special Mention for
Best Tea Inspired Drink” and also, “The Overall Winner” for the awards.
The beer boasts an uplifting full bodied Chai with a refreshing and aromatic nish.

DABAI (4.8% ABV) is the answer to those who are craving for hoppier avours in
their beers without the overpowering richness of an ale. Brewed with Sorachi Ace, a
mild clean hop used predominantly in Japan, produces a lager that is crisp and
clean, making it extremely versatile to pair with almost anything.

BLACK IPA, ABV 5.2%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
XIAOHEI (5.2% ABV) is a product of our known expertise in the darker styles and an
IPA. Smoother yet lighter than our dark ale, XIAOHEI boasts a myriad of avours
more than a regular sessionable IPA would, nutty yet fruity, it is no wonder that the
ale won the BEST IPA in the Great Singapore Brew O 2017.

STOUT, ABV 6%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
MANUKA STOUT, LIMITED EDITION (6% ABV) is brewed with manuka honey, a
mono oral honey produced from the nectar of the manuka tree, found only in New
Zealand. The stout is brewed with richness of avours in mind. Co ee expresso is
also added to life the taste pro les with notes of dark co ee and intensify the trail
of avours on the palate.

LAGER, ABV 4.8%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
LIANG TEH (4.8% ABV) is a crisp lager, accentuated by the lightness of white
chrysanthemums. Easy on the palate and good for whole day drinking, this lager
goes well with deep fried, spicy and seafood for the perfect combination.
The lager is called Liang Teh, which translates to 'cooling tea'. It is named after the
chrysanthemum herbal teas the founders' grandmother used to brew for them
when they were growing up.

LAGER, ABV 4.8%. PROUDLY BREWED IN SINGAPORE.
KAKI NANG (4.8% ABV) is brewed primarily using 凤凰单丛 (feng huang dan
cong, or Phoenix single bush) Oolong Tea; a tea enjoyed mainly by the majority of
Teochews around the world. The lager is light and is refreshing to taste.
Accentuating the palate of the tea are subtle hints of tropical fruit and oral aromas,
making the lager a perfect pairing beverage with any Teochew dish.
The lager is brewed to celebrate the Teochew identity and heritage; serving also as
an open invitation to our dining tables and partake in the hospitality of the Teochew
community.

collaborative brew between The 1925 Brewing Co. and Aalst Chocolate Singapore. There are only 120 bottles
in circulation for 2020.

桃花源 (Peach Blossom Spring) (5.5% ABV) is a collaboration brew between Singapore’s The 1925 Brewing
Co. and Hong Kong’s Tai Wai Brewery. This session ale is brewery with peach and sencha, boasting a
harmonious blend of maltiness, light sweet peach fragrance with the bright notes of sencha.
Experience the peach blossom spring with every sip and discover paradise.

KAYA TOAST STOUT (4.3% ABV) is brewed using surplus fresh bread provided by Redmart. Kaya Toast Stout
is a collaboration beer proudly brewed locally by The 1925 Brewing Co. and Crust. Enjoy the sweet aromas of
pandan and coconut, followed by the light caramel pro le of bread and creaminess and roasted notes of the
stout. A traditional dish served non-traditionally, this beer is essentially a Singaporean breakfast in a bottle!

Using only fresh and high quality tea leaves from GIFEL, we have reimagined beers. The Melon Oolong Ale is
freshly brewed with our Gold Award Melon Oolong teas and bottled by The 1925 Brewing Co.
Designed to be a session beer, the pale ale seeks a delicate balance between hops and malt. It brings
familiarity, yet never fails to surprise the palate with a subtle burst of juicy melon accentuated with light
orals note.

This limited edition lager is brewed to not only celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival, but also to
celebrate our heritage; serving also as an open invitation to all and partake in our festivities.
Tea is synonymous with the Mid Autumn Festival, hence we brewed this lager using only the best
dancong oolong tea, ⼋仙 (ba xian); a leaf that is only served to the most distinguished guests.
The lager is light and refreshing to taste with a heady aroma and notes of osmanthus owers,
nectarine and honey. Taking a sip of this divine brew is certainly like ying in heaven's garden
together with the legendary Eight Immortals.
