Opportunity

Now is a time to foster a greater sense of
connection and ensure tenants feel safe,
excited, and comfortable returning to the
              physical workplace.

Your tenant experience (TeX) app should be
the primary vehicle for all building-related
updates. Tenants will be expecting frequent,
transparent updates and having a go-to
              informational resource will be critical.

2. Determine the ‘Return Date’

Following State & Federal mandates and
Ownership’s conversations with key tenant
contacts, the “Return Date” can be defined as
either (1) the day in which the first Tenant
returns to the building in earnest or (2) a
large enough percentage of the Tenant
population returns (as defined by Ownership).

trigger the deployment of the “Back-to-Work” plan.

 digital engagement
Modern tenant experience is seamless and not defined by
business hours or working locale. Part of creating an excellent
tenant experience is fostering community and focusing on real-
world and human interaction. Now more than ever, it’s critical to
help tenants maintain that sense of community and remind them
that they are your top priority.

To help, we’ve put together a sample two-week digital
engagement plan so that property managers and the entire
building staff can remain connected with and continue building
community in your tenant population.

Inside you’ll find 10 different activities, complete with a sample
description and paragraph to explain and pitch the program to
tenants.
