Staithes Festival of Arts and Heritage

Explore Staithes as it opens its doors to the public, turning cottages and public places around the village into
temporary art galleries. Expect talks, workshops and guided walks, with over 150 artists displaying their
work, there is something to suit all tastes. There will be a vibrant programme of music ranging from street
buskers to concerts, before the evening show of light installations around the village.

 The Redcar Sprint Triathlon is a continuous swimming, cycling and
   running race over the recognised sprint distances of 750m swim,
