Toll Authority Updates as of 05/07/2020

Tolling agencies continue to close their walk-in service centers in order to protect their employees and the
general public. Where available, online service centers remain open, and all account management and
payments should be conducted online. While cashless toll lanes remain open, additional toll authorities have
ceased operation for cash/credit card payment lanes. The table below includes the latest closures, but please
note, this information is subject to change without notice.

Express lane tolls on Bay Area freeways are being suspended due to a
dramatic decline in traffic caused by the shelter-in-place order that took effect
this week to address the spread of the novel coronavirus. All-electronic lanes
remain open. Some bridge tolls can be paid online within 48 hours of
                                 occurrence.
Bay Bridge - Effective 4/24, tolls for two-axle vehicles crossing the bridge will
remain at $6 all day and at all times. Previously, the bridge's congestion
                                 pricing had reduced to $5 from midnight to 5 a.m., 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7

                                 VIOLATIONS PRIOR TO MARCH 21
Violations received prior to March 21 will not incur additional late fees due to
COVID-19. FasTrak is temporarily delaying additional violation penalties and
delaying sending unpaid notices to DMV hold or collections. Both of these will
go back into effect at a later date, so you may wish to pay your violation
before additional penalties are reinstated. Golden Gate Bridge travelers will
                                 continue to receive penalties.
