It is our hospitality concept with which we aim to innovate
in the industry. Under this brand, the managed hotel has

HOSPITALITY
Going back to hospitality roots and basics
Hospitality, historically a concept always linked to tourism,
but it has been losing its original meaning.
Due to this circumstance we have gone back to the roots,
to the deep roots of the truly and etymological meaning of
“hospitality agreement”, which was the way that Romans
named a social Celtiberian institution that had to provide
“hospitality” to foreigners in a friendly manner and as a
result of such behaviour the host was honoured with social
recognition and prestige.
We are talking about excellent treatment, first-class service,
superior facilities and delightful gastronomy. We are talking
about SOM.

In these first years we have been able to settle in Mallorca,
where we will continue to expand as well as in the rest of
the Balearic Islands, Canary Island, Iberian Peninsula and
