HOSPITALITY Going back to hospitality roots and basics Hospitality, historically a concept always linked to tourism, but it has been losing its original meaning. Due to this circumstance we have gone back to the roots, to the deep roots of the truly and etymological meaning of “hospitality agreement”, which was the way that Romans named a social Celtiberian institution that had to provide “hospitality” to foreigners in a friendly manner and as a result of such behaviour the host was honoured with social recognition and prestige.
