The Westlodge Hotel, located along The Wild Atlantic Way boasts 26 acres of
matured landscaped gardens, including waterfalls, bridges and more.
Overlooking beautiful Bantry Bay, The Westlodge Hotel is the idyllic backdrop
for creating perfect photographs for memories that will last a lifetime. Enjoy

Something For Everyone From small and intimate ceremonies and receptions to a banquet up to 350 people we have the expertise and facilities to cater for all kinds of weddings. We operate a one wedding per day policy to ensure a personal approach to your wedding and have been a wedding venue of choice for West Cork couples and beyond for over 40 years. We ensure our entire wedding team is on hand on the day to offer top class service.
Hotel and Grounds With 100 bedrooms, including inter-connecting suites, double and triple rooms, and 9 cosy self-catering cottages there is plenty of accommodation for all your guests. We offer special wedding rates for guests attending weddings.

Where do I begin, I can’t thank the Westlodge enough, our wedding was
everything we hoped for and more. The venue was stunning, the staff were
amazing. Can’t thank Pat and his team enough who went out of their way to
make everything perfect before and on the day. The catering staff were
amazing, the food was of the highest standard and plentiful every single guest
couldn’t believe the quality and service of the Westlodge. Myself and my
husband are from Wales and chose to get married in Ireland and the Westlodge
made it so easy to plan even though we were a fair distance away. I would highly

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Westlodge on the 21/07/18.
We can’t thank Pat Gill and his team enough for all their patience and help in
organising our wedding reception. All our guests were very impressed by Pat
and his team’s efficiency and professionalism from the drinks reception to the
delicious meal. The venue itself was the ideal location and the newly refurbished
bridal suite and rooms were stylish, bright and comfortable. We would highly
recommend the Westlodge for any occasion and look forward to returning to
the hotel in the near future.

❖ A non-refundable deposit of €650.00 is required on time of booking.
❖ A non-refundable further deposit of €1000 is required 6 months before the wedding.
❖ Provisional dates will be held for 3 weeks, after this time booking will automatically be
released.
❖ All weddings must be confirmed in person by the Bride & Groom.
❖ All accounts and the final bill must be settled the morning after the wedding
❖ Wine Corkage is charged at €8 for a 75cl bottle & Champagne at €13.
❖ Menu and Reception details must be confirmed 4 weeks prior to the Wedding date
❖ Final numbers must be confirmed 72 hours before the wedding day, this number will be the
minimum number charged for.
❖ Due to HACCP regulations, only food & beverage supplied by the hotel can be consumed on
the hotel premises, with the sole exception of the wedding cake. The wedding cake may not
be used as a substitute for the hotel desserts.
❖ In the event of cancellation or change of date, the hotel requires notification, confirmed in
writing. Cancellations made within 3 months of the date will be charged in full.
❖ The hotel may cancel the event in the following circumstances; Has reason to believe the
booking may prejudice the reputation of the hotel, should any guest attending the event
behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary to normal expected
standards of behaviour.
❖ Any wines, cakes, flowers or favours or other items must be delivered to the hotel no later
than 24 hours prior to your wedding. Any items remaining after the wedding day must be
collected within 24 hours after your wedding. The Westlodge Hotel will not accept any
responsibility for many items lost, misplaced or damaged.
❖ The hotel does not accept responsibility for gifts or cards left at reception for the bride and
groom.
❖ Weddings must be seated no later than 6pm so the hotel can concentrate all our resources
on ensuring that your meal is of the highest quality.
❖ The hotel does not accept wedding bookings from a third party on behalf of the bride and
groom. The bride and groom must meet with the General Manager before booking. If a third
party does book a wedding, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
❖ We request final numbers two weeks prior to the wedding, changes can be made up to 72
hours before the wedding date. This will be the minimum number charged on the day.
❖ This contract must be signed by the Bride & Groom and General Manager to become
effective.
