Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 20 November2018 at
23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08.00)
Players can not be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number.
In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number,
please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that
the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date
of the tournament.
No late entries will be accepted!
Entry fees Singles: 40 Euro per player
Doubles: 30 Euro per player
Entry fees shall be paid before the starting day of the competitions to
the bank account of Turkish Badminton Federation. Payment receipt
copy should be offered to tournament office before the first scheduled
match, Cash Payment is not accepted.The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is
responsible for paying the entry fees for that player.
For all the players withdrawing in the time between the entry deadline
and the beginning of the Tournament the Organisers can invoice the
entry fee to the relevant Member Association.

Minimum entries: It is required that every event in a particular BEC Circuit tournament
has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries).
If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event
shall not count towards any ranking, i.e. BEC Elite Circuit Ranking and
BWF World Ranking.
Of the BEC Circuit Regulations: “Cancellation of the tournament in case
of force majeure in accordance with regulation 3.4 which says that “The
organising Member Association can cancel a tournament in case of force
majeure. Such cancellation must be announced at least 15 days before
the start of the tournament. If a cancellation is announced less than 15
days before the start of the tournament, then the Member Association
organising the tournament is liable for any expenses incurred by third
persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.). BADMINTON
EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons because of
a cancellation of a tournament.”
3.6 of the BEC Circuit Regulations: “Member Association and/or
Organiser may be liable for claims originating from the damagesincurred by the participants and/or any other persons, arising from or in
connection to the particular BEC Circuit tournament, according to local
Law. BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any such claims, actions,
damages, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever, including but not
limited to injury or loss to person or property, arising out of or in any
way related, directly or indirectly, to the particular BEC Circuit
tournament. It is recommended that Member Associations and/or
Organisers purchase a proper Insurance Policy that would cover their
potential legal liability.”
Visa If you need Visa for Turkey, ask the Turkish Badminton Federation for
the official Invitation letter not later than 21 days before the
Tournament . It is advised to arrange the VISA in time.

Condition of play The tournament shall be played in full accordance with the laws of
Badminton and Competition Regulations adopted by the BWF as well as
the regulations of the Badminton Europe Circuit and Badminton Wales
(BW) including the prohibition of doping for which tests may be carried
out.
- The draw and seeding will be done in accordance with the regulations
of the BWF. Badminton Europe will make the draw.
- It is required that every event in a particular BEC Circuit tournament
has at least 8 competitors. If the required number of competitors is not
met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking.
- The period for knocking-up before any match shall not exceed three
minutes.
- All competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for
the events for which they have entered; failure to do so may result in
the players disqualification.
- Players shall not plan their departure less than two (2) hours after
their last match is planned to conclude. If a player/pair is unable to
compete due to early departure, he/she will be penalised by removal of
Elite Circuit ranking points and shall not be awarded prizes or prize
money. BADMINTON EUROPE shall propose to BWF that the gained BWF
ranking points are also removed. (Regulation 9.5 in Badminton Europe’s
Circuit Regulations).
Withdrawals Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a
player has to withdraw. Any withdrawal after the Monday immediately
preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member
Association concerned liable to an amount of USD 150.00 for the
inconvenience caused by the withdrawal. Last day of withdrawal without
penalty –3 December 2018.Any player not showing up at the tournament, without having been
withdrawn in advance, renders the Member Association concerned liable
to an additional amount of US$ 500,00 for the inconvenience caused by
the “no show” (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations).
Clothing and advertising (regulation 18 in Badminton Europe’s Circuit Regulations)
18.1 Colour, design, lettering and advertising on clothing shall be
regulated by BWF General Competition Regulations 20 to 24. A player
violating these regulations shall be penalised by an administrative fine
of 50,00 EUR.
18.2 The name on the back of the shirts is mandatory for all matches at
all times during play in both the qualification and the main draw. - A
player failing to wear the name on the back of his/her shirt when
mandatory shall be penalised by an administrative fine of 100,00 EUR.
18.3 It is mandatory - that partners in doubles wear the same colour of
the T-shirt and shorts/skirts at all time during play in both the
qualification and the main draw. Failing to do so shall result in an
administrative fine of 100,00 EUR.
Total Prize Money: $10,000
Prize money will be paid in cash and will be handed to the players after
their last match. No taxes will be deducted.

Local transport Provided by the organizer between the Ankara Esenboga International
airport and the official hotels and between the official hotels and the
sports hall.
Accomodation demands and payments shall be sent directly to the
Turkish Badminton, otherwise Organizer has no responsibility for
transport of the participants.
Medical service A doctor will be present in the Sports hall during the tournament.
Drug testing Drug Testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time.
Insurance The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible
injuries or other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself.
Practice courts Training courts will be available on request on 16.12.2018. There are 5
courts from 10.00 to 20.00. For booking, please send an email to
tbfed@mynet.com.
Betting: There may be betting on offer from this event. Betting is however not
allowed to be made by players or officials connected to the Event either
in person or through a third party. Participants may therefore not make
bets on the Event or procure through third parties the making of bets
with a betting agency. Participants who, in violation of this prohibition,
nevertheless make or procure through third parties the making of betswith betting agencies shall be immediately disqualified from
participation in the Event and are liable for legal prosecution. Similarly
manipulation of games will be met with disqualification and possible
legal prosecution. Any violation mentioned above is also a breach of
Player's Code of Conduct (Art. 5.2.) and will be sanctioned by BWF.
Accommodation Accommodation requirements shall be sent directly to the Turkish
Badminton Federation no later than 28 November 2018. PLEASE USE
