As part of our end-to-end multi-channel fulfilment solution
for Whittard of Chelsea, Cygnia has developed a completely
bespoke series of blending rooms – a real added-value service to
enhance results for end users.

Whittard of Chelsea is an international, multi-channel retailer
of luxury tea, coffee, hot chocolate and gifts. The blending
room enables our team to weigh loose leaf teas for delivery
in a container of the end user’s choice, and to weigh coffee beans
which are ground to individual preferences.
