LEAD TIME FOR PREPARATION
We required the bookings to make for at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made through our
website, phone call, email and Whatsapp. Our operating hours is Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 8.00pm.
PICK-UP AND COLLECTION
Pick up and drop off location is located in the city centre, Sentul, nearby Jalan Ipoh. Delivery and collection
service are available at RM 80 per way, for distance within 15km; RM150 for distance within 30km.

SERVICE, INSPECTION AND BREAKDOWN
24 hours Assistance Hotline and recovery service is included within Peninsular Malaysia.
Leasing Program:
A set of new tyre replacement is provided. For minor maintenance (ie. 1,000km, 5,000km and 10,000km),
it could be done during weekend. However, major maintenance (ie. 40,000km) required to be done during
weekdays. For breakdown consists more than 48 hours or inspection by Puspakom, a similar replacement
vehicle will be provided.
RENTAL PERIOD
Renter shall return the Rented Vehicle to the Owner on the date, time and at location as specified on the
Rental Agreement, including in the same condition at the time of receipt of Rented Vehicle. Rental days is
calculated based on rental period, 24 hours consider as one day rental, an hour buffer time is given to
return the vehicle, later than one hour, another day rental shall be considered.
ROAD TAX AND MOTOR INSURANCE
Sales and Service Tax (SST), road tax and motor insurance are included in the rates. Motor Vehicle
Insurance has unlimited coverage to 3rd party body injuries (Subject to change upon new scheme by
Bank Negara/PIAM) and coverage of RM3 million for 3rd party property damage.
VEHICLE DAMAGE / COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
The rates quoted is inclusive of CDW, its’ excess is RM2,500 for all vehicles, except it is RM3,000 for trucks,
while windscreen, tyre, wheel rim, wheel cover and car key are excluded. CDW covers accidental collision
damage only and do not cover missing items or accessories, fire, theft, vandalism, flood and negligence.
CDW shall only be effective with the availability of a traffic police report and the terms & conditions as
stipulated in the Rental Agreement and in accordance to insurance’s terms & conditions.

SCDW is not included in the quote price, it is available for subscription at RM30 per day. SCDW is a worry-
free product that provides zero excess on the vehicle damage. However, it covers accidental collision
damage only and do not cover missing items or accessories, fire, theft, vandalism, flood and negligence.
SCDW shall only be effective with the availability of a traffic police report and the terms & conditions as
stipulated in the Rental Agreement and in accordance to insurance’s terms & conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
Company billing: booking have to attach with Authorization Letter of Booking / Undertaking (LOU) or
Purchase Order (PO) and Credit Term facilities have to be completed before enjoys Company billing
facilities; 30 days credit term is provided.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
One (01) month security deposit applies for leasing program.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION (CERTIFIED TRUE COPY)
Memorandum & Article of Association, Section 51 and Section 58
STAMP DUTY
Lessee will have to bear the stamp duty fees if Lease Agreement is required for stamping.
DRIVER
Must be between 23 and 60 years old of age, possess a valid driving license recognized in Malaysia with at
least one year driving experience.
PARKING FEES & TRAFFIC OFFENCES
The renter will be responsible for all traffic offences and parking fees during the rental period. All
summonses will be invoiced to the lessee after 14 days of notification, RM30 admin fee is applied for each
offence.
FUEL CHARGES
Our company practises to let all our vehicles leave our premises with a FULL tank of fuel. Three options
are available for subscription, subscription has to be made upon picking up the car.
Option 1:
All vehicles leave our premises with a FULL tank of fuel, which is to be refuel at the Hirer expense upon
return, failure to do so, the Hirer will be charged the cost of refuel as per the below rates:

EARLY TERMINATION
For leasing program, should there be an early termination within the Minimum Contract Period, the
lessee shall pay an early termination fee, calculations of which are as follows: -

The quoted rate is only for your information and it is not binding until a Purchase Order is received and
our confirmation is given.
