RACK RATES - 2020/2021 (Valid 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021)
JABULANI

INCLUSIVE OF:
• Daily activities, including The Elephant Experience*; game drives in open
safari vehicles; and guided bush walks, accompanied by experienced
game rangers.
• Luxury accommodation in air-conditioned suites, with private plunge pool.
• All meals and snacks.
• A selection of local and premium beverages during your entire stay.
• Daily laundry service.
• A private guided tour of the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre.
• Return road transfers between Jabulani and Eastgate Airport.
• Wireless Internet connectivity in main areas and suites.
• Conservation Levy
• A contribution to the upkeep of the Jabulani Herd

• Transfers from Hoedspruit Civil Airport
• Selected beverages or drinks from our premium wine list.

•• Additional activities such as hot air ballooning (subject to availability).
•• Conservation levy of R 115 p/night. The contribution will go towards
conservation efforts, the anti-poaching unit in their ongoing wildlife
protection efforts.

•• Any other charges of a personal nature.
•• Gratuities (discretionary).
•• All children, under the age of sixteen, must be accompanied by a
responsible adult during game drives, bush walks and elephant interaction.

NOTES:
• The Elephant Experience includes observing the herd in close proximity, learning JABULANI
more about their behaviour, their unique character traits, their incredible story and
what it takes to take care of them. Much of this takes place while the elephants are 2020/2021
in their natural environment, foraging in the bush, walking through the reserve or
swimming at the waterhole. Photographic opportunities with the elephants are also RATES
afforded.
• Children from age 6 can be accommodated in the Superior Suites, sharing with 2
adults.
• Children’s rates apply to children aged 6 - 11 and include a private vehicle.
By staying with us at Jabulani, you contribute directly towards 50% of the total upkeep
of the Jabulani herd and 8% directly towards the upkeep of the animals at HESC and
various community projects.
You will receive a personalized certificate to acknowledge your support of elephant
conservation when you leave Jabulani. Know that your holiday with us has really made
a difference and that you have become part of the Jabulani Journey, a soulful journey
that is much more thank merely a luxury safari experience.

PROMOTIONS

FIFTY-ON-THREE -- Guests staying for 3 or more nights qualify for a 50% 2020/2021
RATES
PAY 50% ON THE 3rd discount on their last night.
-- Valid 10 January to 15 December each year.
NIGHT
HONEYMOON SPECIAL -- Guests stay for 3 nights and bride gets 50% off on all
STAY 3 BRIDE PAYS 50% 3 nights.
-- Valid November to May each year.
-- Exclude 16 December to 9 January.
-- Guests to provide marriage certificate. Must be
within 9 months of date of wedding.
-- Inclusive of a romantic turn-down with a bottle of
sparkling wine.
PAY 3 STAY 4 -- Pay for three nights at Jabulani and get the fourth
night free.
-- Valid 10 January to 15 December each year.
PIONEER FOR CHANGE -- Jabulani guests have the option to volunteer at
the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre at an
additional charge of R7500-00 per person per day
(subject to availability).
-- Minimum 2 night stay.

Deposit, settlement & cancellation policy:
-- Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 14 days only.
-- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within one week of confirmation.
-- Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
-- 25% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
-- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Festive Season Bookings (16 Dec – 9 Jan):
-- Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 14 days only.
-- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be made in time.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all visitors are covered by a comprehensive travel insurance to protect
them in the event of unforeseen cancellation. Such insurance should also cover emergency
medical care requirements and evacuation.
Children Policy:
-- Children from 6 years are welcome to stay at the Superior Suites
-- Children of all ages are welcome at the Zindoga Villa
-- Parents are responsible for the safety of their own children
-- Age limit of 6 years applies to game drives and elephant activities, but it is also at the
discretion of the guide
-- Child care facilities are available at an additional charge.
