Message from the Chairman

Welcome,

As a long time resident and business owner in Donald, I would like you to take the
time to look over our Town Prospectus.
Donald is a community that prides itself on going forward and welcomes newcomers
to our town to help us build a vibrant and livable rural community.

For such a small place Donald provides Schools, Doctors, Hospital, Recreation
facilities, a bustling retail centre and a thriving commercial and industrial area with a
diversity of jobs.
Affordable housing, retirement living and if you can’t find the house that you want,
Donald has ample vacant land that you can build your dream house on and with the
trades people that can do it for you.
The climate is great in Donald, as is its location central to and accessible to larger
centres and the tourism offering that the Wimmera, Mallee and the Grampians have,
you are spoilt for choice in such a pleasant location.

There would be no other community in Victoria or Australia in fact that throws its
arms wide in welcoming new residents from within Australia or from overseas, with a
diverse range of cultures calling us Home.
I trust that you will find all the information that you need in this Prospectus but if you
need more just give us a ring and say G’day!

Yours Faithfully

John McConville
