QUALIFICATION PERIOD:

(MALAYSIA AND BRUNEI BRAND REPRESENTATIVE AND ABOVE ONLY)
• Achieve an accumulation of 40,000 GSV from February – December 2020; and
• Mentor two (2) New G1 Brand Representatives that achieve an accumulation of 15,000GSV each within
the first six (6) months from being promoted
TERMS & CONDITIONS
QUALIFICATION PERIOD
1 February 2020 – 31 December 2020
QUALIFICATIONS
Open to all Nu Skin Malaysia and Brunei Brand Representative and above.
MECHANICS
Brand Representative and above are rewarded with a trip to one of a selected South East Asia destination based on the criteria below:
a) Qualifiers must complete the following within the stipulated qualification period:
a. Achieving a minimum of accumulation 40,000GSV; and
b. Created two (2) New G1 Brand Representative that achieved and accumulation with a minimum of 15,000GSV each within six (6) months upon the promotion to New Brand Representative.
c. Qualifier shall entitle to a maximum of two (2) seats irrespective of additional GSV accumulation or additional New G1 Brand Representative created within the qualification period.
Qualification Period: 1 February 2020 – December 2020
Qualifier
(Malaysia and Brunei Brand Representative and Above Only)
• Achieve an accumulation of 40,000GSV; and
• Create two (2) New G1 Brand Representative that achieve an accumulation of 15,000GSV each within six (6) months from the promotion date.
INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PERIOD
Nu Skin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd and NuSkin Pharmanex (B) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Nu Skin”)’s “Super Go Star Camp” (“Super GSC”) Incentive Program (“Incentive”)’s qualification shall commence from
1 February 2020 to 31 December 2020 (“Qualification Period”).
INCENTIVE
The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Incentive.
ELIGIBILITY
1. This Incentive is open for participation to all Nu Skin Malaysia and Brunei’s Brand Representatives and above. (“Qualifier”).
INCENTIVE MECHANICS
2. During the Qualification Period, the Qualifiers who have fulfilled all the criteria below shall be entitled to participate in the Super GSC. The Incentive’s criteria are as follows:-
(a) Qualifier must achieve an accumulation of 40,000GSV within the Qualification Period without utilizing any Flex Block; and
(b) Qualifier shall create two (2) New G1 Brand Representative who shall each achieve an accumulation of 15,000GSV within six (6) months from the promotion date of the New Brand Representative’s title and Flex Block is allowed. The
New G1 Brand Representative shall be from Singapore, Malaysia or Brunei.
3. In addition to clause 2 above, the Qualifiers shall also maintain the minimum title of Brand Representative with a minimum of 2,000GSV per month and Flex Block usage is not allowed until the commencement of the Super GSC.
4. In the event the Qualifier’s New G1 Brand Representatives are promoted between October 2020 to December 2020, such New G1 Brand Representatives who achieve the accumulation of a minimum 15,000GSV between January 2021 to
March 2021 (“Fulfilment Period”) shall be taken into consideration towards the Qualifier’s qualification for this Incentive. For the avoidance of doubt, in order to participate in the Incentive, the last month for the Qualifier to create any New
G1 Brand Representative will be October 2020 irrespective of the Fulfilment Period.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND SUPER GSC TERMS
5. The Qualifiers who have fulfilled the Incentive’s criteria above will be entitled to be selected as the Winners (“Winners”) at Nu Skin’s sole discretion. Nu Skin will notify the Winners via his/her telephone number or email address by within 1
month from the completion of fulfillment period (“Announcement Date”), the Winners must confirm his/her attendance within 1 month from the announcement date. The Super GSC is limited to two Qualifiers per Brand Affiliate
Account and the participation is limited to the Brand Affiliates who are named as the accountholders of the qualifying Brand Affiliate Account during the commencement date of the Incentive.
6. Nu Skin will pay for the costs of return airfares, hotel accommodation, meals, local airport transfer, Nu Skin organized local group tours and meals during the Super GSC. All other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein shall be
borne by the Winners.
7. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion, allow the Winner to transfer his/her eligibility to attend the Super GSC to an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling or children above 18 years of age) in the event he/she is unable to attend to
the Super GSC, provided that the other Winner on the same account affirms his/her attendance to the Super GSC (“Transfer”). In such case, the terms and conditions set out herein (where applicable) shall also apply to the immediate
family member concerned. The application for Transfer must be made within 7 days from the Announcement Date and is subjected to Nu Skin’s absolute discretion.
8. If for whatever reasons the Winner or his/her replacement fail to attend the Super GSC after his/her confirmation of attendance, the Winner agrees and authorizes Nu Skin to recoup the flight costs, hotel accommodation, local airport
transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by the Winner or his/her replacement by deducting commission from the Winner’s account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the Winner for his/her settlement, or by any other
means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.
9. Winner will depart from the nearest capital city airport in their home country (if applicable).
10.Participation in the Super GSC is non-cash convertible.
11. Winner is only entitled to attend the Super GSC destination they have qualified for. Nu Skin will not honor a request to attend a future Super GSC and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.
12. Without prejudice to Nu Skin’s product return policy in the Policies & Procedures (including but is not limited to Nu Skin’s right to recoup bonuses paid on returned products), product returns within 12 months (including return of products
made by the downlines of the Winner that count towards the qualification) following the end of the Super GSC of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at the time of qualification that would have affected
pin level and qualification for the Super GSC will result in disqualification from the Super GSC. In the event of a breach of this provision, the Winner agrees to reimburse Nu Skin for the cost of the Super GSC, including but not limited to air
fare, hotel accommodation, transportation costs, local group tours and other miscellaneous fees. The Winners must not be in breach of Section 6.5, Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures. Any indication of manipulation regarding the
qualification criteria will disqualify any attempting to benefit from the action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on downlines accounts.
GENERAL
13. By participating in this Incentive, the Qualifier agree:
(a) to have read, understood and to be bound by the T&Cs;
(b) that Nu Skin’s decision on all matters relating to the Incentive shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Qualifiers and no further enquiries, correspondence and/or appeal, in written or verbal to dispute Nu Skin’s decision shall be entertained;
(c) to access Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com at regular time intervals to view the T&Cs herein and ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to the T&Cs;
(d) that the Super GSC under this Incentive is non-exchangeable for cash, cheque or benefit-in-kind; and
(e) To publish and display their names and photographs in media, marketing, advertising or Nu Skin’s website for the purposes of this Incentive.
14.Nu Skin reserves the right:
(a) To add, delete, suspend or vary the T&Cs contained herein, either wholly or in part, including but not limited to changing the destination of the Super GSC at its absolute discretion without any prior notice;
(b) To disqualify at its absolute discretion any Qualifier from participating in this Incentive or any Winner and/or the replacement from participating in the Super GSC for any reason whatsoever;
(c) Forfeit the Winner’s right to participate in the Super GSC in the event of non-compliance by the Winner of the T&Cs herein; and
(d) To terminate or suspend this Incentive at its absolute discretion without any prior notice.
15. For Qualifiers from Malaysia, the T&Cs herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and such Qualifiers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
16.For Qualifiers from Brunei, the T&Cs herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei and such Qualifiers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brunei.

INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PERIOD
Nu Skin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd and NuSkin Pharmanex (B) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Nu Skin”)’s “Go Star Training” (“GST”) Incentive Program (“Incentive”)’s qualification will be divided into two qualifying periods
– which are February 2020 to June 2020 (“1H”) and July 2020 to December 2020 (“2H”) (“Qualification Period”).
INCENTIVE
The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Incentive.
ELIGIBILITY
1. This Incentive is open for participation to those who newly achieve the title of Nu Skin’s Brand Representatives, Brand Partner and Senior Brand Partner (“Qualifiers”).
INCENTIVE MECHANICS
2. The Qualifying Period (1H or 2H) for all Qualifiers will be determined by their new pin title achievement date and each Brand Affiliate account can only qualify once for Go Star Training either as a New Brand Representative,
New Brand Partner or New Senior Brand Partner.
3. Qualifiers must achieve an accumulation of a total of 15K GSV within 6 months upon promotion to a New Brand Representative, New Brand Partner or New Senior Brand Partner within the respective Qualifying Period (1H/2H).
4. In addition to clause 2 above, the Qualifiers shall also maintain the minimum title of Brand Representative with a minimum of 2,000GSV per month and Flex Block usage is not allowed until the commencement of the GST.
5. Demoting Brand Representatives will be disqualified and must advance in pin title (if applicable) to qualify for the Incentive.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND GSC TERMS & CONDITION
6. The Qualifiers who have fulfilled the Incentive’s criteria above will be entitled to be selected as the Winners (“Winners”) at Nu Skin’s sole discretion. Nu Skin will notify the Winners via his/her telephone number or email address by

7. The GST is limited to two Qualifiers per Brand Affiliate Account and the participation is limited to the Brand Affiliates who are named as the accountholder of the qualifying Brand Affiliate Account during the commencement date of

8. Nu Skin will pay for the costs of return bus (from Nu Skin KL Office), hotel accommodation, meals and Nu Skin organized local group tours during the GST. All other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein
shall be borne by the Winners.
9. If for whatever reasons the Winner or his/her replacement fail to attend the GST after his/her confirmation of attendance, the Winner agrees and authorizes Nu Skin to recoup the costs and expenses incurred by the
Winner or his/her replacement by deducting commission from the Winner’s account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the Winner for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.
10. Participation in the GST is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash should the Winners be unable to attend the GST.
11. Winner is only entitled to attend the GST destination they have qualified for. Nu Skin will not honor a request to attend a future GST and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.
12. Without prejudice to Nu Skin’s product return policy in the Policies & Procedures (including but is not limited to Nu Skin’s right to recoup bonuses paid on returned products), product returns within 12 months (including
return of products made by the downlines of the Winner that count towards the qualification) following the end of the GST of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at the time of

Moscow Success Trip.

• Paid as qualified Executive Brand Partner or above and has minimum of 4 SEA Certified Line in a month for 4 times or
6 times from January 2020 to December 2020 (4 times = 1 seat / 6 times = 2 seats).

INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PERIOD
Nu Skin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd (for Brand Affiliates from Malaysia) and Nu Skin Pharmanex (B) Sdn Bhd (for Brand Affiliates from Brunei) (each referred to as “Nu Skin”) is pleased to announce that the “Istanbul Success Summit 2021” (the “Summit”)
Incentive Program (“Incentive”) qualification shall commence from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 (“Qualification Period”).
INCENTIVE
The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Incentive.
Eligibility
1. This Incentive is open for participation to all Nu Skin’s Southeast Asia Brand Affiliates who are Brand Representatives through to Presidential Directors (“Qualifier”).
Incentive Mechanics
2. During the Qualification Period, the Qualifiers who have fulfilled all the criteria below shall be entitled to participate in the Summit (“Qualification Criteria”). Terms not defined herein are found in the Glossary of Velocity Sales Performance Plan.
The Incentive’s Qualification Criteria are as follows:-
(a) 2020 New Star:
i. Paid as qualified Executive Brand Partner or above and has minimum of 4 SEA Certified Lines in a month for 4 times from January 2020 to December 2020;
ii. In addition to clause 2(a)(i), the Qualifier must have been paid as Executive Brand Partner or above with 4 SEA Certified Lines in December 2020. Upon having 4 SEA Certified Lines, the Qualifiers shall not be permitted to use Flex Blocks
until the commencement of the Summit; and
iii. Must not have been previously recognized as a New Star.
(b) 2020 Star:
i. Has never been paid for 4 or more times with 4 SEA Certified Lines from January 2019 to December 2019 or never qualified for the Moscow Success Trip incentive in 2019 (“Moscow Success Trip”);
ii. Has been recognized as a New Star in previous incentive trips;
iii. Paid as qualified Executive Brand Partner or above and has a minimum of 4 SEA Certified Lines in a month for 4 times or 6 times from January 2020 to December 2020 (4 times = 1 seat / 6 times = 2 seats);
iv. In addition to clause 2(b)(i), the Qualifier shall be paid as Executive Brand Partner or above with 4 SEA Certified Line in December 2020. Upon having 4 SEA Certified Lines, the Qualifiers shall not be permitted to use Flex Blocks until the
commencement of the Summit.
(c) 2020 Star Creator:
i. Has been paid for 4 times or more with 4 SEA Certified Lines from January 2019 to December 2019 or has qualified for the Moscow Success Trip 2020;
ii. Has been recognized as a New Star in previous trips;
iii. Paid as qualified Executive Brand Partner or above and has minimum of 4 SEA Certified Lines in a month for 4 times from January 2020 to December 2020;
iv. Create at least 1 New G1 SEA New Star or a minimum of 1 incremental SEA Leadership Team (from baseline in August 2019) with a minimum of one (1) Leadership Team with 10,000 LTSV and maintain that Leadership Team for a
minimum of 4 months from January 2020 to December 2020;
v. Baseline of Leadership Team Sales Volume (“LTSV”) increment will be based on August 2019;
vi. In addition to clause 2(c)(i), the Qualifier shall be paid as Executive Brand Partner or above with 4 SEA Certified Lines in December 2020. Upon having 4 SEA Certified Lines, the Qualifiers shall not be permitted to use Flex Blocks until the
commencement of the Summit.
(d) Team Elite / Presidential Director
i. Be a qualified Presidential Director in 2020 (Qualification in 2020);
ii. Created at least 1 SEA New Star within G1 or G2 or a minimum of 1 Incremental SEA Leadership Team (from baseline of August 2019 with a minimum of one (1) Leadership Team with 10,000 LTSV and maintain that Leadership Team for a
minimum of 4 months from January 2020 to December 2020;
iii. Baseline of LTSV increment will be in August 2019.
Note that the definition of SEA Certified Line is:
i. Any G1 Brand Representative who has managed to achieve 2,000GSV or 4 Building Blocks without using any Flex Blocks; OR
ii. Any G2 Brand Representative who has managed to achieve 2,000GSV or 4 Building Blocks without using any Flex Blocks should the G1 have used Flex Blocks.
3. In addition to clause 2 above, the Qualifiers shall also maintain the minimum title of Brand Representative with a minimum of 2,000 GSV per month until the commencement of the Summit.
Selection of Winner and Incentive Terms
4. The Qualifiers who have fulfilled the Incentive Criteria above during the Qualification Period will be entitled to be selected as winning participants of the Summit (“Winners”) at Nu Skin’s sole discretion. Nu Skin will notify each Winner via his/her
telephone number or email address by 31 January 2021 and the Winner must confirm his/her attendance by 28 February 2021 (“Confirmation Date”). The Summit is limited to two Winners per Brand Affiliate Account and only to the Brand
Affiliates who are named as the account holders of the qualifying Brand Affiliate Account during the commencement date of the Incentive.
5. Nu Skin will pay for the cost of return airfares, hotel accommodation, meals, local airport transfer, Nu Skin organized local group tours and meals during the Summit. All other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein shall be borne by
the Winners.
6. Nu Skin may at its sole discretion, allow the Winner to transfer his/her eligibility to attend the Summit to an immediate family member in the event he/she is unable to attend to the Summit, provided that the other Winner on the same account
affirms his/her attendance to the Summit (“Transfer”). In such case, the terms and conditions set out herein (where applicable) shall also apply to the immediate family member concerned. The application for Transfer must be made before the
Confirmation Date and is subjected to Nu Skin’s absolute discretion. The family member attending the Summit in place of a Winner agrees that they shall abide by these terms and conditions (where applicable), and references to the Qualifier and
Winner in this document include references to the Winner’s replacement.
7. If for whatever reasons the Winner or his/her replacement fail to attend the Summit after his/her confirmation of attendance, the Winner agrees to be liable to Nu Skin for the costs of the trip, and authorizes Nu Skin to claim such costs against
him/her, including but not limited to flight costs, hotel accommodation, local airport transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by Nu Skin for the benefit of the Winner or his/her replacement. Nu Skin may satisfy such claim(s) by
deducting the equivalent sum or part thereof from the Winner’s Brand Affiliate account at any time, by issuing a debit note to the Winner for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.
8. To participate in the Summit, the Winner will depart from the nearest capital city airport in their home country.
9. Participation in the Summit is non-cash convertible.
10. Each Winner is only entitled to attend the Summit destination they have qualified for. Nu Skin will not honor a request to attend a future Summit and any future compensation, regardless of circumstances.
11. Product returns within 12 months (including return of products made by the downlines of the Winner that count towards the qualification) following the end of the Summit of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at
the time of qualification that would have affected pin level and qualification for the Summit will result in disqualification from the Summit. In the event this happens, the Winner agrees to reimburse Nu Skin for the cost of the Summit, including but
not limited to air fare, hotel accommodation, transportation costs, local group tours and other miscellaneous fees. The Winners must not be in breach of Section 6.5, Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures. Any indication of manipulation regarding
the qualification criteria will disqualify any attempt to benefit from such action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on downlines accounts.
12. All Winners MUST have their travel visas (if required) prior to the departure date. Winners are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Summit. Any cancellation
(after confirmation of attendance) due to Winner’s failure to obtain visa, the Winner agrees and authorizes Nu Skin to recoup the flight costs, hotel accommodation, local airport transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by the
Winner or his/her replacement by deducting commission from the Winner’s Brand Affiliate Account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the Winner for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.
GENERAL
13. By participating in this Incentive, the Qualifiers and Winners agree:
(a) to have read, understood and to be bound by these terms and conditions herein.
(b) that Nu Skin’s decision on all matters relating to the Incentive shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Qualifiers and Winners and no further enquiries, correspondence and/or appeal, in written or verbal to dispute Nu Skin’s decision shall be
entertained;
(c) to access Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com.my at regular time intervals to view these terms and conditions herein and ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to the terms and conditions herein;
(d) that the Summit under this Incentive is non-exchangeable for cash, cheque or benefit-in-kind; and
(e) To publish and display their names and photographs in media, marketing, advertising or Nu Skin’s website for the purposes of this Incentive.
14. Nu Skin reserves the right:
(a) To add, delete, suspend or vary the terms and conditions contained herein, either wholly or in part, including but not limited to changing the destination of the Summit at its absolute discretion without any prior notice;
(b) To disqualify at its absolute discretion any Qualifier from participating in this Incentive or any Winner and/or the replacement from participating in the Summit for any reason whatsoever;
(c) Forfeit the Winner’s right to participate in the Summit in the event of non-compliance by the Winner of the terms and conditions herein; and
(d) To terminate or suspend this Incentive at its absolute discretion without any prior notice.
15. For Qualifiers and Winners from Malaysia, the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and such Qualifiers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
16. For Qualifiers and Winners from Brunei, the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei and such Qualifiers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brunei.
