Attendance Policy
● Please send notification of any absence to
   hsattendance@estemschools.org

● Provide official documentation upon return to the front office for our
records (ex: doctor’s note, college visit email, etc)

● Parents are notified once a student accumulates 5 & 10 absences per
   course.

● Upon 10 absences in a semester, a student may not receive
   credit for courses.
Physical Distancing
In accordance with Arkansas Department of Health directives, we will limit close
contact between students. We will achieve this through the following actions:

 ● Arrange classrooms and other areas to maximize spacing between students
and teacher to the extent possible (student desks will be set at least 6 feet
apart); this means we will be removing flexible seating options or areas where
students would be able to share seats, materials, etc.
 ● Implement staggered student attendance to reduce the number of students
who are on-site at school on any given day.
 ● Amend daily school schedules to conform with physical distancing guidelines
(e.g. stagger lunches/use classrooms for dining, minimize transitions for
   students).
