Accessibility
The nearest airport is situated in Kajaani (KAJ) approximately 40 km from Vuokatti. There are 2-4 daily flights in from Helsinki (HEL) to
Kajaani operated by the national carrier Finnair. The flight time is 1 h 20 min. There is a shuttle bus service connecting Vuokatti and the
airport. The driving time is 40 min. International car rental companies have also their service point at the airport of Kajaani.

The nearest railway station is situated in Kajaani, approximately 35 min. from Vuokatti. There are a few daily trains connecting Kajaani
with Helsinki (6 h via Lahti, Kouvola, Mikkeli and Kuopio) and Kajaani with Oulu (2 h). From Kajaani there is a local bus connection to Vuo-
katti (travel time approximately 1 h). Please note that there are seasonal changes in the bus timetables.
