Haya Ibarra
STUDIO MANAGER
As a Studio Manager and Talent Caster,
haya has played roles in managing
successful projects with leading brands
and advertising agencies such as VISA,
FoodPanda, Globe Telecom, Flare-
BBDO, and many more. She has
managed large and complex projects
with over six years of audio post-
production experience while fostering
high team morale and energy.
Haya has experience in casting local
and international voice talents for
clients that have wish produce content
for multiple regions or territories within
the Philippines or South East Asia.
Responsible for overseeing and
directing projects from ideation to
completion, Haya believes in working for
the team instead of working for a title.
Haya is the person who the whole team
can rely on to keep every single project
in check, no matter how big or small.
The team depends on her to keep
everything organized, efficient, and
even fun despite the complexity and
amount of detail some projects have.
That's because she is excellent with
people and knows how to keep her
teammates, talents, and clients happy
even when work gets stressful.

Errol Allen Apacible

KEYBOARDIST
Errol started making music when he was
thirteen years old and played bass
guitar principally with friends. After a
year, he redirected his interest in music
to playing keyboards. His passion for his
craft grew and fueled him to take up
music for college.
He attended the Conservatory of
Music for three years at Philippine
Women's University, then, later on,
transferred to De La Salle-College of
Saint Benilde, and finished with a
bachelor's degree in Music Production.
Furthering his studies, he joined Berklee
College of Music's Massive Open
Online Course. He spent twenty-eight
hours studying microphones, mixing
boards, DAWs, audio effects,
synthesizers, and other essential music
production tools.
He started with Kerplunk in August 2011,
primarily as a composer for Commerical
Ads. Years later, he became an internal
Music Producer working on jingles such
as Clara Olè's Delicious Memories, and
"Endless", Klook's Book it, Klook it,
Fern-C Kids' Batang Fern-C Kids, and
many more.

Miggy Concepcion
Producer | composer &
ArrangeR | KEYBOARDIST
Specializing more on deeply textural
background scores and intentionally crafted
musical phrases, Miggy is a producer whose
primary goal is to drive the story forward.
To Miggy, every note has meaning to every
frame on the picture. He always makes sure
that everything has its purpose on the
score. Because of this and his second
nature ability to ever think out of the box,
Miggy still surprises us by consistently
making us feel things we've never felt before
with his one-of-a-kind artistic vision for
every project. So if there is a guy that
genuinely excels at storytelling through
music, then that guy is Miggy. Epic game
soundtracks, dramatic cues, and pensive
motifs are but a few of his specialties.
Miggy has the special distrinction as our
first arranger to have worked on, not one,
but two projects that have garnered critical
acclaim:
Darkness, for 7-Eleven’s CLiQQ App, was
shortlisted in the Breakthrough on a
Budget subcategory.
Darkula, for for 7-Eleven’s CLiQQ App,
bagged the Runner Up Position as Bestads’
Best Ad of the Week.

Choi Padilla
Producer | composer &
ArrangeR | BASSIST |
KEYBOARDIST
A producer/arranger/keyboardist/bassist
based in Manila, Choi graduated from De
La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, with a
bachelor's degree in Music Production in
2015. He started his music career back in
2013 as a bassist, then started playing for
various bands as either bassist or
keyboardist. Influenced by his Church roots
and South Border, his production style
leans heavily on Ballads, RnB, Gospel, and
Soul. His main strengths are producing
and songwriting jingles, live musical
performance arrangements, and vocal
production.
Since joining Kerplunk in 2018, he has
worked on producing jingles for brands like
Dunkin Donuts (Butternut Jingle), Clara
Ole (Endless), Alfonso Light (Gets),
Puregold (Bente Uno), Landers (Super),
Generika (May K Ka)
Currently the musical director for Jensen &
the Flips and songwriter duo Leanne and
Naara. Aside from doing commercial work,
since 2013, Choi sessions as a keyboardist
or bassist for various artists like Moira Dela
Torre, Morisette Amon, Sam Concepcion,
John Roa, etc. He also makes
arrangements for artists under Viva
Records and Warner Music.

Fitz Manto
SOUND ENGINEER | DRUMMER
Kerplunk Studios' Senior Sound Engineer,
is a multiskilled talent with years of
experience in music production and
audio engineering.
From earning his Bachelor's Degree in
Music Production at De La Salle-College
of Saint Benilde, he started as a sound
engineer and arranger for Aruze Gaming
in 2015. In the same year, he kicked off
his career as a professional musician and
continues to perform for local artists and
some international acts.
Fitz also gained a wealth of experience
at Yellow Room Music Philippines in
2016-2019 as an audio engineer, music
artist, and music instructor. He was able
to produce full-length albums and
singles, one of which bagged a
nomination at the 33rd Awit Awards.
Today, Fitz continues to prove his passion
and expertise as the head sound
engineer of Kerplunk Studios. His work
scope has covered big local brands that
include PLDT, Smart, Globe, Cliqq, Clara
Ole, Kojiesan, and Food Panda. He also
worked on several international brands
such as Dunkin Donuts, VISA, and
Shakey's, to name a few.

Carlo "Ling" Lava
Sound engineer |
ARRANGER | SONGWRITER |
GUITARIST
Ling graduated from CSB's Music
Production course in 2013, learning how to
create music for film, TV, theater, and
events. He finished college with four Best
Music awards for CineSB 2014 and
Crossroads 2010, 2011, and 2012.
Afterward, Ling joined Yellow Room as a
sound engineer, producing for bands such
as Hale, Mayonnaise, and Jensen & the
Flips. While there, he continued to
freelance and even won Best Music in Cine
Kasimanwa Film Festival 2015.
He briefly joined Kerplunk in 2016, helping
to create jingles, including the famous
Gimme a Smile for Dunkin Donuts. He left
after a few months to become a full-time
freelancer, working on big projects such as
the Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral
documentary, Knorr's Paskong Lutong
Nanay, and DOTr's Here Comes the Bride.
In 2019, he joined Southside Studios as
Head of Audio, where he worked with
leading brands such as Jollibee, Toyota,
and ABS-CBN.
He rejoined Kerplunk in 2020 and has since
helped us to produce jingles such as DOH's
Bida Solusyon, Alfonso Light's Gets, and
Robinson's Holiday.

ANDREW FLORENTINO
PRODUCER | SOUND
ENGINEER | FILM SCORER |
KEYBOARDIST

Andrew is an accomplished film
scorer, producer, and mixing &
mastering engineer. He’s worked
on films such as Isa Pa With
Feelings, F#*@bois, and Lola
Igna — for which he won Best
Musical Score in 2019’s Pista ng
Pelikulang Pilipino.
He also has experience scoring for
television; being a contributor for
both GMA Network and ABS-CBN,
and was the principal scorer for
iWantTVC’s Oh, Mando! As a
mixing and mastering engineer,
he’s worked on albums for artists
such as Julie Anne San Jose,
Kakie, Fern, and Jem Cubil.
When he’s not working, you can
find him making tunes as
TheBGNR.

KELVIN UY
MANAGING PARTNER |
CREATIVE HEAD

Music was always a big of Kelvin's life
growing up. As a kid, he took piano lessons.
Even though forced, this laid the
foundation for his life-long appreciation for
music. Listening to his father's extensive CD
collection, he spent endless hours listening
to classical music. As he got older, his music
taste expanded to include classic rock,
progressing to modern rock. Since rock is
generally guitar-driven, he decided to
learn how to play guitar after a short,
albeit not so successful, push to become a
drummer.
Always hungry to hone his craft; Kelvin was
lucky enough to learn guitar from various
teachers, most notable of which is Aya
Yuson – a jazz-guitar virtuoso. While there
was a lot of focus on the technical aspect
of playing, Aya's passion elevated Kelvin's
deep respect and understanding of music's
power.
Kelvin has worked with various artists,
including Gabby Alipe (Urbandub, Beach
Head) Carlos Castaño, The Ambassadors,
Sandwich, Brisom, Robin Nievera, even
producing an album for Pops Fernandez.
He was nominted for Guitarist of the Year
NU107's 2008 Rock Awards for his work in
Blur the White Lines – Angulo's first and
only album.
