Located in the heart of the beautiful beach town of Ixtapa on Mexico’s popular Pacific coast, the oceanfront Sunscape Dorado Pacifico Ixtapa
treats couples, singles and families to an Unlimited-Fun® getaway. Perfectly situated on a golden sand beach and a mere 20 minutes from
Ixtapa Zihuatanejo International Airport, guests will find an array of activities, shopping, dining and nightlife just minutes away. 285 spacious
guestrooms and suites feature a private furnished balcony with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, in-room mini bar, air conditioning and
LCD flat screen TV. Reservations are never required at six specialty-themed restaurants, and four bars and lounges. The Sunscape Spa by
Pevonia® will offer an array of indigenous and innovative treatments to relax and refresh while children of all ages are kept entertained with a
variety of supervised activities. The Explorer’s Club, for ages 3 to 12, provides kids with daily programs while the Core Zone offers teens,

A deposit is required to hold and confirm the wedding date and will be applied to the total cost of the package. Deposit and payment terms to be determined by the contract you enter with the resort’s wedding coordinator upon
booking your wedding. 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within six months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within six months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty.

PRE-WEDDING VISIT PACKAGE
Sunscape Resorts & Spas offer special rates for wedding couples wanting to visit the resort before booking their destination
wedding. Couples experience ceremony set-ups, reception options and romantic amenities to visualize the big day!
COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE:
P RIVATE SITE I NSP ECTI O N: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help
choose ceremony and reception location options.
ONE-O N-O NE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure
the couple’s vision for the wedding day is realized.
RE CEIVE CR ED I T : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wed-
ding events, bachelorette/bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed
with the wedding coordinator in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)
If the couple books their honeymoon within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $100 credit to use towards their stay (minimum seven night stay).
If couple books a bachelor/bachelorette party, the couple will receive: • $200 credit to use towards their stay (minimum nine room nights cumulative).
If Love at First Site program is originally booked through a travel agent, the couple will only be eligible for this credit if the wedding, honeymoon or bachelor/bachelorette party is booked through the same agent.

• Arrive three business days in advance at the resort
• Marriage Application form (granted by the Judge)
• Age to get married
• Groom 18 years age (minimum)
• Bride 16 years age (minimum)
• Tourist card
• Birth certificate
• FM3 Migration form (only if couple is Mexican and American)
• Blood test (three days prior, to be taken in Mexico)
• Divorce certificate (if were married)
• Death certificate (if you are a widow or widower)
• Valid Passport
• Four witnesses
These documents MUST be sent to the resort three months prior to client’s arrival, with the wedding couples’ information form to the
attention of the Wedding Coordinator.
