Photographic Preview
The Procedure To book Eric Purchase Photography for your wedding day simply honour the prices that you were given when you booked your read and complete the booking form and contract for wedding wedding for a further three months, after this nine month period we photography then return it to us along with the attendance fee. After the wedding day under normal circumstances we will have your Wedding Preview Portfolio system ready to collect within 14 working days. You may take the Wedding Preview Portfolio and DVD away to show your family and friends. We are aware that this process is a lengthy one, however the DVD must be returned to us within six months of your wedding day. Also to enable us to keep our prices competitive, it would be appreciated if your wedding album order was placed within the same period. At the time of placing your order we require you to pay a minimum of 50% off the total order value. The balance is not due until you collect your finished wedding order. We wish to make it clear that, if you are unable to place your order within the six months and this takes us into a new year, we will

It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
ATTENDANCE FEE LICENCE
A non-refundable Attendance fee of £200 is payable when the Client signs this contract, Eric Purchase Photography shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses
