Eric Mullins                                 L        R          R
Managing Director and Co-Chief Execu ve Officer
Eric Mullins is the Co-Chief Executive Officer, jointly leading the team since
co-founding the Lime Rock Resources strategy in 2005. Mr. Mullins oversees
all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the Lime Rock Resources
funds. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mr. Mullins served as a Managing Director
in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he led numer-
ous financing, structuring, and strategic advisory transactions for public and
private E&P companies in the division’s Natural Resources Group.

PE CSP, Op. Engineering Advisor
Mr. Hetrick is a registered professional engineer (PE) in Texas and is recognized
as a certified safety professional (CSP)—a national certification. He has more
than 38 years of diverse experience spanning all phases of exploration and pro-
duction including: drilling, completions, production, decommissioning, health,
safety and environmental, acquisitions, divestitures and mechanical integrity.
Hetrick’s industry knowledge covers domestic and international, shallow and
deepwater, onshore conventional and unconventional developments.

Jason Lucas, Attorney S                                    J               PLLC
Energy and mineral law is the focus of Mr. Lucas’ practice. He regularly assists
his clients with mineral title examinations and title opinions for Fortune 500 oil
and gas developers. Mr. Lucas also works with clients across the nation with
major energy transactions, including review of title opinions, organizing defect
and curative reports, purchase and sale agreements and preparing closing doc-
uments. Jason Lucas has also served in many capacities with local and national
oil and gas associations. Mr. Lucas holds a Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State
University and obtained his B.A. from the same. He is certified in Ohio and
Pennsylvania.

Joe Anderson, CDOA                                                          C
Joe G. Anderson is the Land Administra on Manager for Cimarex Energy Co. in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. He directs the company’s Division Order, Leases and Contracts, and Records
departments. Mr. Anderson also served as the 1995 President of NADOA.

Melody Baker                                                                    O
With 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ms. Baker started at a small
operator for several years before se ling in at a large E&P. She came to Oildex from PDS
Energy where she held a leadership role in the call center. At Oildex, she handles the owner
rela ons call center which includes onboarding of new clients and agents while also over-
seeing daily opera ons.

 Kacie Bevers, Associate                            S                 J               PLLC
 With a focus in the area of energy law, Ms. Bevers’ tle prac ce includes a en on to division
 order tle opinions. In transac onal prac ce, she counsels clients on due diligence review for
 the acquisi on of oil and gas interests. Ms. Bevers has gained hands-on experience as a field
 Landman prior to her work with the firm, uniquely equipping her with the necessary problem
 -solving and troubleshoo ng skills required to successfully represent clients.

Pamela Daniels                                                              O
Star ng with several years experience with a midsized operator in Owner Rela ons before
moving into a Division Order Analyst role, Ms. Daniels has 8 years of experience in the oil and
gas industry. Her experience is mostly in Land Administra on, focused on Division Order work
and maintaining Title for Texas and Louisiana proper es. She has gained vast knowledge about
the interworking's of Land Administra on, working closely with Analysts, Landmen, Techs, Title
A orneys and Land/Mineral Owners.

Dr. Patrick Fitzgerald, PhD, Ed D, JD
Dr. Patrick Fitzgerald, PhD, Ed D, JD, is a Dis nguished Visi ng Professor and Expert in Energy
Land Management at the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate & Construc on Management
in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He regularly offers courses in
the Energy Land Management Cer ficate Programs and graduate courses such as land man-
agement, energy finance, and petroleum economics. Concurrently, Dr. Fitzgerald prac ces law
with the firm Fitzgerald & Associates with offices in Dallas and the Oklahoma City area where
his prac ce includes various areas of law related to the oil and gas industry.

Andrew Graham                                     S                  J                 PLLC
The areas of energy and mineral law (oil & gas, coal and coalbed methane), real estate, and com-
mercial transac ons are the focus of Andrew Graham’s prac ce. He regularly assists clients with
mineral tle examina ons, coordina ng and performing due diligence, buying and selling mineral
assets, and issues related to surface use and compensa on arising from mineral development.
Mr. Graham is admi ed in Texas and West Virginia.

Debra Heckman, CDOA, CPLTA
A na ve Houstonian and 20 years of industry experience, Debra Heckman earned her BA in
Photography, with a minor in Spanish, from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in
1989. She is currently earning her MBA from Sam Houston. Ms. Heckman has been with Hilcorp
Energy Company for 13 years working as a Division Order Analyst and moved into A & D as a
Property Transi on analyst. She serves as one of the “super users” for the land department and
enjoys training and sharing knowledge with her fellow analysts.

Frank Hinton, A              orney         E          ,B        ,B                N
Mr. Hinton is an a orney in Oklahoma City and prac ces primarily in the area of oil & gas
law and oil & gas tle examina on. He is a member of the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers
Society, the Oklahoma City Associa on of Professional Landmen, and the Energy and Natural
Resources Law and Real Property Law Sec ons of the Oklahoma Bar Associa on.

Curt Horne, CPL
A Landman since 1981, Mr. Horne has experience in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and
Montana, earning his CPL in 1999. He currently serves on the Legisla ve and Regulatory Affairs
Commi ee as Assistant Chair and has previously chaired the Cer fica on, Ethics, Publica ons
and Field Landman Commi ees. A member of NHAPL, and recipient of mul ple AAPL awards,
Mr. Horne serves as an instructor for Energy Land Ins tute, the AAPL CPL/RPL Exam Review and
other AAPL seminars, and is an expert in a variety of topics, including the Oil & Gas Lease,
Interest Calcula ons, Conveyancing, Ethics and more.

SherylL.Howe, Attorney W                               S             M            T          PC
Specializing in oil & gas tle, transac ons and issues related to real property law, Ms. Howe
has worked on many issues rela ng to federal oil & gas leases and federal
exploratory units. She assists clients in dra ing agreements and tle cura ve documents.
Ms. Howe is the author of a number of ar cles on oil & gas topics.

Luanne Johnson, CDOA, CPLTA N                                          E                      C
With over 20 years of experience, Luanne Johnson is known by co-workers as Ms. Organiza on,
encouraging many to become more organized, par cularly with digital informa on. Ms. Johnson
has served on the NADOA Cer fica on Commi ee as well as numerous board posi ons for both
HADOA and NADOA. With a B.A. from Sam Houston State University, she is familiar with mentor-
ing and passing her knowledge and tricks of the trade to others.

In 2016, Lucre a Jones accepted a posi on with Newfield Explora on Company, as a Senior Land
Administra on Specialist, where she is responsible for the unclaimed property repor ng and
handles the 1099’s. Ms. Jones is a member of both HADOA and NADOA. She has also served on
the board of HADOA for the past six years and also on NADOA Commi ees since 2011.

William King, SrManagerSALT,UnclaimedProperty                                 KPMG US
Unclaimed property consul ng and compliance services is Will King’s focus with companies across
a broad range of industries. His work includes audit defense, VDA support and guidance, quan -
fying exposure, resolving complex compliance ques ons, implemen ng outsourced annual re-
por ng solu ons, providing training, and developing policies and procedures. Mr. King has his JD
from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from The George Washington University.

April Luedecke, CDOA
Midland Texas is where Ms. Luedecke cut her teeth in the oil & gas industry in 1997. Working for
Landmen brokers and independent E&Ps, Ms. Luedecke now works as a Division Order Analyst in
the Houston area. She is known for exper se in calcula ons, giving credit to one outstanding
math teacher from Marfa, Texas. Ms. Luedecke strives to help others to learn the principles be-
hind good calcula ons. April is the current President of HADOA, past President of PBADOA and
serves on the NADOA Ins tute commi ee.

   Quin Moore, Manager                                                                K
   Well versed in the oil & gas industry. Quin Moore provides expert analysis on mineral proceeds
   poten ally subject to escheat. He specializes in accoun ng, data analysis and risk analysis. Mr.
   Moore provides direc on and assistance for ini al compliance filings and provides audit sup-
   port services. Quin is pursuing his MBA from Western Washington University and obtained his
   BA from Pacific University in 2017.

Eli Murray, CDOA,CPLTA,NewVenturesLandman RSP Permian LLC
 A member of the NADOA Cer fica on Commi ee and Corresponding Secretary for DALWORTH,
 Ms. Murray progressed from file clerk with Harding Company to DO Analyst at EXCO Resources,
 and New Ventures Landman with RSP Permian. She is a graduate of TAMU and is currently enrolled
 in the University of Oklahoma's School of Law for a Master of Legal Studies in Oil, Gas & Energy
 Law. Ms. Murray was honorably discharged from the US Army Reserves in 2014. She loves puzzles
 and believes that anyone who is willing to work hard at understanding Land can excel in the field.

Donna Reeves
Following a brief career in music as a teacher, Ms. Reeves transi oned to oil & gas in 1981 and has
never looked back. Her experience as a DO Analyst has allowed her to share her knowledge with
others, o en presen ng for local and na onal associa ons as well as in-house educa onal opportu-
ni es. NADOA’s membership has been fortunate to learn from Ms. Reeves in the past and the
board is excited to have her back with fresh new topics. Donna is a graduate of Sam Houston State
University with a BA of Music Educa on.

 Ma hew Schlensker, of Council S                                           J               PLLC
 Ma Schlensker focuses his prac ce in the areas of mineral tle and energy law. He has extensive
 experience in dra ing tle opinions, division orders, and limited acquisi on tle opinions. He has
 handled various complex oil and gas tle issues, and has analyzed and interpreted deeds, con-
 tracts, agreements, assignments, and other tle instruments affec ng surface and mineral es-
 tates, royalty interests, and developmental interests. Mr. Schlensker is Texas Board of Legal Spe-
 cializa on, Cer fica on in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law, State Bars of Texas, North Dakota and Oklaho-
 ma.

 Chris an Sizemore, Land Lead                            N                  E
 Mr. Sizemore was des ned for the life of a Landman and spent over a decade in the field working
 for Lonewolf Energy, the company his father built. Here he was able to interact and gain experi-
 ence across much of the Rockies including many of the American Indian Reserva ons. At this point
 in his career he knew he wanted to gain "in-house" experience which led to joining Newfield Explo-
 ra on in 2011. At Newfield, he has worked across all areas of opera ons in mul ple business units
 located in Colorado, Oklahoma and now Texas. During his me in the Rockies he worked with the
 Ute Indian Tribe handling Land ac vi es in the Uinta Basin. Mr. Sizemore has a BS in Business Ad-
 ministra on with a focus in Finance, from Montana State University-Billings.

Pamela Wentz                                                              G
As the Na onal Prac ce Leader for the unclaimed property consul ng prac ce, Pam is responsible
for business development and the management and delivery of consul ng services. Ms. Wentz
brings over 20 years of diverse and extensive experience to clients of Georgeson’s unclaimed asset
services. Pam has technical exper se and experience in a broad range of industries. Ms. Wentz
has an MBA from University of Mary in Bismark, ND and a BA from Mounty Marty College.
