This ‘picture frame’ version of the
Optimo Systems - accentuates the
exterior wall image of the building,
and significantly is able to reflect the
geometry of other critical aspects of
a design, such as glazing.

produces a curtain wall detail,
featuring coated aluminium snap-on
vertical mullion (SP2) and horizontal
transom (SP3).

Optimo Onyx

The vertical panel joint of the
Optimo Onyx features a black EPDM
push-in fir-tree gasket (SP4) with a
30mm wide front face. When
combined with a complementary
30mm wide horizontal gasket (SP11)
the result is a subtle, yet distinctive,
bi-modular picture-frame effect,
providing a powerful visual
counterpoint to the panel.

Optimo Compliance
Optimo contains an IPN core which not only has immense benefits for Firesafety
of a building it also provides great insulation properties.

These properties can be seen in the table below. The table clearly demonstrates that the U-values
for Optimo - in comparison with other built-up systems – changes are insignificant after instal-
lation considering cold bridges. In addition the IPN foam insulation will keep its insulation value
throughout the life span of the building for up to 40 years.
