Optimo vs Composite Aluminium Systems:
Optimo System Composite systems
Optimo is engineered to be self supporting. Requires additional Steel substructure.
Quicker construction time due to less parts to install. Slower and more costly due to more parts to fit and

Insulation integrated in to the panel ensures no
diminishing of insulation or thermal bridges. Can be subject to cold bridges and moisture may
build up during construction.
Opitmo is a single component system that carrries a

Optimo can be stored any where suitable on site and
installed during any weather conditions. Has to be stored in dry place and kept out of the

Optimo Compliance
Optimo contains an IPN core which not only has immense benefits for Firesafety
of a building it also provides great insulation properties.
These properties can be seen in the table below. The table clearly demonstrates that the U-values
for Optimo - in comparison with other built-up systems – changes are insignificant after instal-
lation considering cold bridges. In addition the IPN foam insulation will keep its insulation value
throughout the life span of the building for up to 40 years.
