In the Gospel of this feast we are witnesses of an unusual conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus.
Parochial Vicars The conversation takes place at night because Nicodemus, a prominent Jew, went to talk with Christ under

messianic mission among the people of Israel.
Fr. John Almeida This mission was directed towards “the lifting up” of Christ on the Cross. Jesus says to Nicodemus:

knows the Scriptures well; he knows the inspired message of the Old Testament. He can recall the event

by sin. A tendency towards sin has generated many evils in the lives of individual persons and the

From a human point of view, Christ’s offering of himself on the Cross was a sign of contradiction, an

Through his self-emptying on Golgotha, in the disgrace of the Cross and the crucifixion (at least in the

Este es el significado de la cruz de Cristo. Este es su poder. "Dios no envió al Hijo al mundo para juzgar
al mundo, sino para que el mundo sea salvo por él" (Jn 3, 17).
La solemnidad que celebramos hoy nos habla de la acción maravillosa e incesante de Dios en la historia Flocknote

GATHERING SPACE CONSTRUCTION
One of the key features of our new parish center will be a larger gathering space that will allow
us to have more spaces of encounter with one another. For this reason, the general contractor
will begin work inside of our current gathering space. The south entrance by the prayer garden
will be completely blocked, and everyone will need to enter through the north entrance of the
building. We also will allow people to enter through the emergency exits on the south side of
the church for Mass. We thank you for your patience as we work together to build a place that
will help us to announce the love of God to thousands of souls in our community.
