WHITE PARADISE
The White Paradise Resort is a place where local
resources, local workforce, artists, carpenters, local
coconut wood, local Tangastone come to use, a place
where emphasis is put on privacy, space, peace,
safety, while maintaining a close connection to
nature.

And since everyone knows that the sea in Zanzibar is
greatly defined by the high and low tide, for those
who want to have a swim regardless of the
vicissitudes of the sea, there is a 1300 m2 swimming
pool.

PRIVATE VILLAS (64M)
The new 16 two- to four-bedroom villas are located at
the private beach on the shore of the Indian Ocean,
providing a comfortable hideaway.

With a large patio and private garden in front of each
villa, and an easily accessible swimming pool with
panoramic sea views, the villas’ spacious exterior
perfectly complements the generous interior living
spaces.

The understated elegance of the decor’s soft and
light ambience provides a fresh, chic and
contemporary feel, while subtle textures bring in
Zanzibar character through the coconut wood and
artistic detailing.

Awaken to views over a sunrise sea, or enjoy leisurely
mornings soaking in the tranquility of the adjacent

Privacy of our guests is protected by the special

windows through which you can see out, but not

inside the villa.

Each 64-square-metre villa has a controlled air

conditioning unit and very comfortable and spacious

16-square-metre bathroom.

coconut wood with hand-sewn African mosquito net

and a 27-cm-high mattress.

EBONY STUDIOS (40M)
A double 40 m² studios with a fixed extra bed for a
third person in the Atrium Garden provide a
background for guests who enjoy comfort as well as
original African materials.

Each independently air-conditioned studio has a
private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC with a
bidet shower, a bedroom and a living room with a
seating area, and a TV set.

The windows and entrance to the studios face a
guarded atrium with exotic plants. Guests staying in
the studio can enjoy a large garden, a private beach,
a swimming pool and a restaurant.
