Principal’s Message Welcome to our new staff!
Mrs Barnes joins us from Kareela Public School.
Welcome to the 2019 School Year! Welcome back
to all our families and a special welcome to new
families joining our community. We look forward to
a successful year with lots of learning experiences
and fun.
I have formed 24 classes based upon our current
enrolment numbers. As enrolment numbers settle,
there may be some minor adjustments to classes
and or teachers.
School drop off and pick up routines Mr Bruce has come from Waitara Public School.
Drop off:
• Students should not be at school prior to 8:50am.
• Please do not congregate in the COLA. This is a
very crowded space and this time allows your child
time to settle and find friends prior to classes
starting.
Pick Up:
• There are two pick up points from 3:15pm:
o The grassed area at the front of the school
     o The NOLA
Parents are not to wait in the COLA or areas outside
classrooms. Parents will be asked to leave if they
are in these areas.
The COLA will only be used as a pick up zone in wet NEWSLETTER CHANGES
weather. This is the last Wirreanda Whisper in this format.
All our gates are closed (not locked) during the day. Our Whisper now moves to our SZapp platform and
will be published in Weeks 2 and 6 each term.
