The following lesson plans focus on a different SEL competency and
standard. The daily format offers 1)an SEL morning motivator, 2) an emotion
check in, 3) a mindful moment, 4) a story which illustrates an SEL competency and
4) a question which can be used as a journal prompt or a discussion (in home or
virtual). Please review the SEL competency and standard for the day and guide
students through all or some of the virtual learning experiences. These lessons can
be used as live Google Meet lessons or assign as independent work.
Have a great week and remember, we are all in this together, only a little farther
apart. Be kind to yourself and the people around you this week.
