We have everything you need to create the perfect all-inclusive destination wedding, right at the gateway to the Yarra Valley. What better way to celebrate your love, than with a weekend wedding escape in this picturesque part of Victoria. Our breathtaking Yarra Valley location exudes regional elegance to set the scene for this new chapter in your life. And our team of expert wedding coordinators and professional staff will ensure all the pieces fall effortlessly into place. Exchange vows in a romantic botanical setting, taste the region’s finest produce and wines, relish in the views from your luxurious suite and enjoy a variety of pre-and post-wedding activities. BEFORE YOUR BIG DAY We’re sure your wedding day will feel like a complete blur of excitement, so come and settle into the Lodge the day before and enjoy a relaxing day with your loved ones. We have a variety of options to fill your day. Spend the day with a round of golf on one of the two 18-hole golf courses at The Heritage Golf Club. If you would love some pre-wedding pampering, we have our preferred suppliers that we can recommend for a luxurious treatment. Or perhaps a simple peaceful stroll around the grounds through some beautiful Australian bushland. Welcome your wedding guests with a pre-wedding dinner and drinks at the Bella Restaurant, where you’ll be in the trusted hands of our chefs, serving seasonal meals crafted with fresh local produce.
THE CEREMONY Whether you’re after something secluded and intimate or a larger open space, our outdoor ceremony locations are suitable for weddings of varying style and size. You can expect exceptional backdrops overlooking our lush gardens and the valley’s rolling hills. We provide white timber chairs for 40 guests, a red, white or black carpet runner for your aisle, and a private bridal retreat room. Then add your own additional personal touches - perhaps a structured wedding alter and some rustic florals. Botanica A lakeside setting with a natural landscape amongst the local flora, the ideal outdoor option for your special day. Conservatory Terrace A private intimate outdoor location presenting a lush lawn bordered by stone paving set amidst beautiful gardens. In the case of wet weather... Our flexible wedding plan allows access to the indoor Conservatory to give you peace of mind. This location - with spanning glass overlooking the gardens - will ensure you have a stunning ceremony location, regardless of the day’s conditions. Pricing starts from $1,200.00
THE RECEPTION LET THE CELEBRATIONS BEGIN! It’s now time to unwind with some pre-dinner drinks, followed by your specialised dinner. Continue the festivities with a live band as you and your guests dance the night away. Your guests will be in awe of the Marmion Ballroom’s grandeur, or the Conservatory ’s impressive spanning windows overlooking the festoon-lit Terrace. We are able to accommodate weddings of all sizes whether that be an intimate celebration for 20 guests, a cocktail reception for up to 300 or a seated dinner with dance floor up to 160 people.

We offer a special discounted rate for your guests, so friends and family can stay with you over your wedding weekend. There are a variety of rooms including 6 deluxe one-bedroom suites - perfect for your bridal party to get ready in on the wedding day.

Yarra Valley Lodge ’s picturesque grounds will form the perfect backdrop, that will allow your love to shine. Expansive golf - course, lakes, ponds, bridges and 100-year-old oak trees - all at your fingertips. Golf buggies are available for the bridal party to assist with transportation around the grounds - and for a fun photo opportunity!
YOUR WEDDING, MADE EFFORTLESS All couples are appointed a wedding coordinator who will help ease any planning stresses leading up to your special day. Your wedding coordinator will help you with any of the additional extras you require, whether it be florals, candles, lighting or entertainment. We have years of wedding industry expertise and will be more than willing to call upon our network of suppliers.
