Board of Directors Message
The Board of Directors of Wave Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of David P. Dupéré as
President and Chief Executive Officer, Betty A. Pinheiro as Vice President of Operations and Elizabeth L. Zachow as Vice
President of Lending.
David P. Dupéré was recently appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wave following the retirement
of Paul Archambault, who served in this role since 1995. Prior to this, David was the Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer since 2008. Before joining Wave, David served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Warwick
Municipal Credit Union (also known as Anchor Federal Credit Union) for 14 years. Prior to that he served for 6 years
as Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer of Bayside and Bostitch Federal Credit Unions. Mr. Dupéré has a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and is a graduate of the CUNA Management, Financial
Management, Regulatory Compliance and Executive Leadership Schools.

Credit Unions of RI present $65,000 donation to Special
Olympics Rhode Island at this year’s charity golf tournament
Members of the Social Responsibility Committee presented a check in the amount of $65,000 to Special
Olympics Rhode Island Executive Director Dennis DeJesus and athlete Michael Lucca. These funds repre-
sented the total amount raised in the year by credit unions, members, sponsors, etc. The donation brings
a twenty-four-year total to more than $1.38 million.
Wave FCU 2022 Annual Meeting Announcement
On January 24, 2022 at Wave Main Office, 480 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick
Alan T. LaBarre, John R. Lamb, Kurt H. Harrington, Kenneth F. McGunagle, Jr. and David P. Dupéré have been nominated by the
nominating committee. Other nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by petition. The secretary must receive the
petition by 12/10/21. Nominations cannot be accepted from the floor, as specified by our by-laws. Nomination petition forms are
available in the credit union.
