Upon signing this agreement, I (we) the undersigned, understand and agree to the following;
To pay all fees associated with the use of the Fallen Timbers facility (greens fees, cart fees, merchandise purchases, food
& beverage purchases and any other fees charged by the club) at the time of use or by the 10th of each month per the
credit (charge account) provided by the club. All delinquent accounts are subject to a 2.5% month interest charge and
any cost associated with collection there-in.
To act, dress and conduct ourselves in a proper and responsible manner at all times while utilizing club facilities. All
golfers are required to check in at the pro shop prior to engaging in any golf activity on, in or around the golf course
property-no exceptions!
To observe proper etiquette, pace of play and rules of golf while occupying the Fallen Timbers premises. To utilize the
Emerald Club Membership , the parameters as specified for which both on and off the course, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE
ALL E.C. DISCOUNTS AND MEMBERS PRIVILAGES!
That all memberships, unless otherwise provided for are for a calendar year and shall expire on December 31st of each
year.
That Fallen Timbers Fairways reserves the right to revoke membership privileges, without refund, for any violation of
these provisions or any other action that is harmful to the club or its patrons.

2021 Jr. Golf League
Open to boys & girls between
2021Jr.
7 to 17 years of age.
(participants must be 17 or younger as of June 10, 2021)
All players must possess the ability to play a
9 hole round of golf w/peers. All players
Golf Clinic
will play to a maximum score/stroke of dou-
ble bogie and then proceed to the next hole. Thursdays @ 9 a.m.
(through 11:00 p.m.)
Beginner (Boys/Girls); designed for the player who has lim-
ited experience and a tendency to score 60 or more for nine
holes of play-will play from approximately 225 yards or less per June 10, 17 & 24
hole.
Advanced (Boys/Girls); designed for the player who has
greater experience and a tendency to score less than 60 for nine
July 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
holes of play-from all forward tees.
August 5th.
August 4th Cost: $10.00 per week
Invitational $100.00 per golfer
for all 9 weeks. per golfer!
