1. FABRIC DAYS CONCEPT 1 .1 S P ECIAL E VE NT BACKG RO U N D I N FO R MATIO N Following the cancellation of MUNICH FABRIC START, BLUEZONE and KEYHOUSE due to reasons related to the pandemic, the MUNICH FABRIC START team pursues the aim to offer a business platform for the industry. FABRIC DAYS provides a platform to those exhibitors and agencies who are able to keep the fair date and definitely want to exhibit in Munich. As the textile industry’s first scheduled event for marking the return to business, FABRIC DAYS took place from 1 - 3 September 2020 in halls 1 - 4 on the ground floor of the MOC, Munich. With the realisation of a sound hygiene and safety concept, the organizers have laid the foundation for the resumption of physical trade fairs where all participants and visitors could move and act safely within a professional working atmosphere. Considering the currently applicable safety and hygiene measures, FABRIC DAYS from 2 - 4 March 2021 will offer visitors the opportunity to explore the latest developments and trends from international suppliers for the Spring.Summer 22 season. FABRIC DAYS is a sales focused business event for a limited number of international suppliers who present their innovations in the fields of Fabrics, Additionals, Denim, Prints and Manufacturing.

SAFETY & HYGIENE CONCEPT For your kind information, please find the corresponding measures we have taken for the realisation of FABRIC DAYS from 1 - 3 September 2020 on the following pages - taking into account the currently applicable provisions to reduce the risk of infection. For the next edition of FABRIC DAYS from 2 - 4 March 2021, we will be implementing these tried and tested measures as a basis which will be updated with any further regulations valid at that point in time. 2 .1 G E N E R AL I N FO R MATIO N In general, everything that is currently permitted in public areas in Munich is also permitted on the exhibition grounds. This concept has been drawn up to the best of our knowledge and beliefs and is regularly updated according to the developments of state hygiene regulations. This concept refers strictly to the current Bavarian regulations on the organisation of major events at the time of release on August 24, 2020. The concept may only be reproduced for publication, either in full or in part, with the expressed written permission of MUNICH FABRIC START Exhibitions GmbH.
2.2 SAFETY & HYGIENE CONCEPT – MEASURES TAKEN BY THE ORGANISER

updated with the current regulations valid at that point in time.2.2 SAFETY & HYGIENE CONCEPT – MEASURES TAKEN BY THE ORGANISER Important Note: Trade fair visitors, exhibitors and participants who have had contact with positively tested COVID-19 patients in the last 14 days, who are infected with COVID-19 or who show the known COVID-19 symptoms, are kindly asked to take their responsibility and stay away from the show. This also applies to persons who are under domestic quarantine. Persons with symptoms of illness will not be granted access to the fair. Our recommendations: Use the CORONA-WARN-APP of the German government during your stay in Germany. The Corona-Warn-App helps to determine whether you have come into contact with an infected person and whether there is a risk of infection. In this way, chains of infection can be interrup- ted more quickly. Download and use of the app is completely voluntary. It is available free of charge in the App Store and can be downloa- ded from Google Play. Kindly make sure you stay informed about the current Covid-19 status in Germany on the homepages of the Bavarian government (only in German), the Federal Ministry of Health (in English) and the Robert Koch Institute: www.bayern.de | www.bundesgesundheitsministerium.de/en/en.html | www.rki.de/EN Please also observe your country’s travel and safety instructions when travelling to or returning from Germany.
